Beautiful view - it was definitely like paradise! Quiet and peaceful environment. The location was great with grocery stores, restaurants, CVS, you name it and it was nearby. The unit was just the right size for a family of four and all of the amenities to make us feel at home. The building managers, Cindy and Wendy, are so kind and helpful. Definitely will be returning in 2026. - loved it!

The location is the best for miles around. There was no closer condo to the beach then this unit (there are six floors so these six units). The condo is angled less than 20 ft from sand dune…very close. There was a bit of work going on during our stay but we knew about some of it and received a small discount. The host is very responsive. Overall the place is a little dated with appliances and some furnishings but a good stay overall. We may stay there again.

The condo was clean and neat. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would suggest some blackout curtains for the front bedroom. The light from the balcony shines through and is bright at night. The bathtub is very slippery when wet. Some grip strips would help. We really enjoyed the balcony and enjoyed being directly on the beach. We will certainly keep this condo in mind when we visit again. It is located close to our family we were visiting. Thank you for making your condo available for others to use.

Wonderful Oceanfront Oasis

Wonderful location right on the ocean with the roar of the waves singing to us day and night. Had all of the comforts of home. Nice location to view a SpaceX launch during our stay.

We, as owners, want our guests to feel at home & strive to keep the unit updated. We are from New Jersey and hope our guests enjoy the condo as much as we do. We are happy to share our "PARADISE" with you. Many of our guests make return visits from year to year and become part of the Indian Harbour Beach Family.
The on site management team is there for everyone's convenience if anything is needed. Cindy and Wendi are very friendly, helpful and strive to maintain the property. They take pride in trying to make the guests feel welcome.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Having on site management and the availability for short term rentals was very instrumental in purchasing this property. Also, having the pool located close to the beach makes it convenient and accessible plus gives an open view of ocean. There is a mixture of young & old with the job opportunities offered in the Space Coast. Also, there are three causeways that cross over to the inland communities. This is a real plus in case of any needed emergency evacuation and also allows traffic to move steadily without the overwhelming traffic jams that exist in the more Southern parts of Florida.
