Our classic beach villa is spacious & comfortable; perfect for families or group of friends to share. Large swimming pool is the focal point of the mature lawned garden. The villa has a prime location at the heart of the world-class oceanfront gated community of Sea Horse Ranch, just 20 mins' drive from Puerto Plata (POP) Airport. Glorious private beaches, double ocean front swimming pools with waterfalls & cave, tennis club, pickleball court, equestrian centre offering guided trail and beach rides, Beach Club restaurant & weekly Farmer's Market - all yours to enjoy! Excellent security, manicured green areas and walking/jogging paths throught the Ranch.

We also offer ''in villa dining'' - courtesy of the kitchen co-operative that is Elizabeth & NIdia our 2 long-standing housekeepers - both wonderful ''local'' cooks - who enjoy preparing the delicious classic Dominican dishes for our guests. Sue, who has cooked professionally around the world, adds an international touch/flavour to the mix - always using best local ingredients and meals perfect for the tropics/outdoor dining. The White House is a stylish vacation home - perfect for larger groups of family or friends. It has hosted many happy multi-generational gatherings. It is tastefully furnished in contemporary style with a mix of imported & local furniture, some vintage, upholstered with cotton slipcovers in neutral shades. The house is painted white throughout, making it very light. Carefully chosen pictures & fresh flowers complete the look.

The property is designed to take full advantage of its tropical setting in the midst of a mature tropical garden. 8 louvered doors completely open up the large sitting room to the wrap-around terrace, which is attractively furnished for outdoor living with comfortable rattan sofas and arm chairs. The dining table is located at one end & there is a brick BBQ on the lawn adjacent to the terrace.

The garden is very private and has a path giving direct access to the beach walkway. 3 of our 4 private beaches, the double ocean front swimming pools and the Beach Club restaurant are just a 2 -minute WALK from the White House.

The property has 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms - located in 2 'wings' on either side of the spacious sitting room, thus making it ideal for groups of friends, or 2 families; giving a good degree of privacy to everyone.

The kitchen. with painted units & ''butcher block' wooden worktops has doors opening directly to the terrace & garden. New 6 burner cooker & large 'side by side' fridge freezer & microwave, dish-washer and good-quality china & glassware make it a pleasure for cooking. Alternatively, our cook service is available.

The villa has1 Smart TV in sitting room, as well as an excellent and reliable fibre optic internet broadband internet connection with 20 Mbps.
