Blue River Flats Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that’s perfect for groups of up to five; it’s also a great choice for two couples to share. The interior finishes are first rate! The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV; there’s also a private balcony which overlooks the river. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and reserved parking for two vehicles, 1 garage spot, 1 outside spot. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.
