Reside in the PERFECT location while in NSB! Tastefully decorated with beautiful tropical accents and plenty of room for your group to spread out. Enjoy a 30 second stroll to unique shops, top-rated restaurants, and trendy bars on Flagler Avenue! A short 5 minute walk east is all it takes to delight in NSB's spectacular award-winning beaches! Recreate your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen or kick back in the spacious fully-fenced private string-lit yard with dining table and awning.

One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. If traveling with dogs, please be sure to select the "I am traveling with pets" checkmark when booking.

Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Great last minute getaway. The location is perfectly located just off Flagler in walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped with kitchen wares, beach items, and starter supplies. There was a great outdoor space with a grill and outdoor shower. We were able to book last minute for a holiday weekend at a very reasonable price and the host was very responsive. We normally book units directly on the beach but we will definitely be putting this location in the rotation for future getaways.

This townhome provided comfortable & convenient space for an extended stay that involved work. It was so pleasant to enjoy coffee on the patio in the morning & walk on Flagler, to the beach, & in the neighborhood several times a day. There are quite a few places to shop & eat just steps away as well. I do think the most this space can comfortably accommodate is 4 people. Lastly, check-in & check-out was remarkably easy.
This is Flagler. The townhome (one of eight in two buildings) is around the corner on Pine.
Our golden who LOVES the beach; however, we had to find dog-friendly spots because NSB (and the county in general) is not dog friendly.

Great location

Less than a block off of Flagler Ave. Walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Access to a 1 car garage which is where we stored our bicycles and beach gear. Awesome stay in a great little town.

We had a fantastic stay at this home while visiting family in early July. We had researched and read all the 5-star reviews for both the property and hosts and they were all accurate and then some. From booking through check in process and throughout our stay, they were so helpful, informative and answered all questions with such quick response. The property itself is exactly as advertised in the pictures, clean, comfortable, with all the amenities you would need and in a perfect location to explore Flagler Ave., a 5-min walk to the beach and visit with our family. They provided a on of beach gear, towels, boogie boards, chairs and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach. They also went above and beyond in terms of customer service. We checked out and I had left an important item in the house, they offered to bring it and deliver it to my family's house before we left for the airport! Now that is customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to this part of Florida. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, location !!

Perfect spot near all of our favorite places. Easy walk to restaurants, spa, beach. Outdoor area was super cute and private. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Home waa very clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Serenade! As advertised, it’s just one block from Flagler Avenue, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and activity on the main drag. Despite being so close to everything, the property was still quiet and relaxing.The small grassy front yard was perfect for walking our dog, and we especially loved the deck, which offered both sunny and covered areas. It was a great spot to enjoy the Florida weather while still having plenty of shade for our pup.Garage parking was a huge plus, especially during the afternoon storms. The garage was also stocked with beach chairs and a wagon to carry everything to the beach, which was only about three blocks away. It was an easy walk, but paid parking near the beach was also available if we preferred to drive.The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The location, amenities, and dog-friendly setup made Ocean Serenade a great choice for our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to New Smyrna Beach!
