Do you love the beach then walk for miles on our beautiful beach. Golf the Links of Crowbush Cove and have the comforts of home at your fingertips. We are central to many golf courses including Brudenell and Dundarave, and Eagles View just to name a few.

Come and visit Lakeside and you'll know why we own a cottage so far away.

Our non-smoking cottage is decorated with a nautical theme to make you feel right at the beach. We are kid friendly with lots of toys and space to play. If you love to golf you can walk to a world class golf course at Crowbush cove and have a game you'll never forget.

Take a walk in the moonlight so bright that you won't need a flashlight. Look through our telescope and see so many stars you won't believe it.

We are a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Prince Edward Island. Miles and miles of pristine beach. Charlottetown is a 20 minute drive. In nearby Morell you can go kayaking or deep sea fishing.

The cottage has an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and a 20 foot screened-in porch to escape any bugs. There is a huge wraparound deck to take in the sights.

Not only do you have the ocean a few steps away but also a fresh water lake. Down the road you can go horseback riding on the beach and see a spectacular sunset. Come to our home away from home and you'll never want to leave.

Amazing stay and location

The property was very clean and well appointed, with lots of extras (washer/dryer, beach chairs, bikes, games, etc.). It is a short walk (1km) to an absolutely stunning beach!! We found it even nicer than Cavendish beach. Easy to get to and can get to amenities in a short drive. Erin (owner) was very helpful with suggestions and responded promptly to questions. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Hand Cottage

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Spent 3 afternoons on the beach which is just a short walk away. Beach was quiet and the water was warm. Wish restaurants were a little closer by as it was quite the drive to the good restaurants.

Wonderful stay

The cottage was beautiful and clean. Erin was a delightful host! The two bikes mentionned in the ad were not on the property when we arrived. Erin quickly had bikes delivered to us, we really appreciated that she went through a lot of trouble to ensure we had a good time

Great Family vacation

The property and hosts were amazing. Cottage had everything we needed and more. Beach near the property was perfect, no need to go any further. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Rental

Best rental yet!

Erin has been a pleasure to deal with both online and in person. The cottage is beautiful and was spotless upon our arrival. We love the location, especially its close proximity to the beautiful beach and golf course. We have rented many properties on the Island over the years and this one tops them all!!

Much effort and thought was put into equipping this cottage with everything needed for an ocean getaway. The beach and dunes are incredible and often practically private. The location is near some of PEI’s best offerings. The owner was very responsive and helpful with information. The listing does not come close to outlining all the amenities that are included to make the most of your experience. I highly recommend this listing.

Fantastic stay and amazing beach!

We stayed at this location for one week and had a wonderful stay. Everything that Erin advertised was accurate. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was the location close to a fantastic, world-class beach was ideal. The outdoor shower, overlooking the potato fields, was a wonderful way to finish the day. We are hoping to return one day when we return to PEI.

Beautiful and cozy

I must begin by saying that we had a great stay at Erins cottage. We were 4 adultes, 4 children and 2 dogs, and although we had to use the pullout couch, it did not feel cramped at all. The screened in porch is where we spent so many evenings. The kitchen was very well stocked, with enough utensils and small appliances. The garbage situation did take a little time to comprehend, but once we understood what to do, it just took a little extra time to sort things. The internet however was very slow. It might be due to the fact that we had 3 teens trying to stream/browse content all at once along with us adults checking emails and whatnot. On our first morning, we noticed that the coffee machine did not function properly. After contacting Erin she replaced it extremely quickly... thanks Erin that was very appreciated. The beach is incredible and we did spend a good amount of time there with the kids and dogs. The cottage itself is just secluded enough to not hear the neighbours and enjoy the sounds of all the birds that come by to visit. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definately come back.

The Perfect Cottage

This cottage has everything and more. The perfect location to Lakeside Beach and so close to Charlottetown. It is incredibly well equipped through out. The kitchen has every possible item that you would need to cook for a large crowd, including an incredible spice cupboard. You can also grill outside and cook lobsters in a huge stainless pot. The cottage is very quaint, very clean and comfortable. On cooler nights you can warm up to the gas fireplace or fire pit outside to grill smores. Highly recommend. We have rented here three times and have already booked for next year.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation spot.

Very clean, kitchen well-equipped. Loved the deck on 3 sides. Satellite TV, HDMI, and internet great however would have appreciated TSN channels. Quiet, close proximity to beach.

It's a beautiful cottage that is close to everything. A short walk to the beach!

We loved the time we spent at Erin's cottage! We were two families and it worked out perfectly for us. They had the two rooms downstairs with their two boys and we took the master bedroom upstairs with our infant son. Also, there was a powder room upstairs which was very practical. It's very nice and quiet and a great beach vacation cottage!

Perfection!!

We spent time at this beautiful serene " cottage". The décor is open and peaceful. As soon as I opened the door I smiled!! The sky is huge and the air is clean. The short walk to the beach was quiet and green and then once over the sand dune, it was breathtaking!!! I can not wait to return!!! Thank you Erin!!!!

Perfection in PEI

What could be better than a beautifully appointed cottage, centrally located on large, private lot - minutes from one of the best beaches in PEI? One couldn't ask for more than Oceanbreeze has to offer. If all goes well, we will return again next year.

Perfect cottage for a getaway to PEI

This was our 2nd stay here and we love everything that this cottage has to offer. It's close enough to the ocean to hear the crashing of the waves some mornings. Only a 20 min drive to Charlottetown if you crave the city. The cottage is supplied with everything you could think of so you can relax and enjoy what the island has to offer. Our family loves this place and would recommend it to anyone considering a vacation to PEI.

Beautiful PEI Cottage

Our family of four just spent an idyllic week at this beautiful cottage. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy all that PEI has to offer. We spent from June 25, 2016 to July 2, 2016 at the cottage. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately at home. Erin has left detailed instructions to help you navigate all you to need to know and includes many suggestions to enhance your vacation. We loved the wonderful flower beds and planters which my children took great pleasure in watering. The hummingbirds and rabbits were very welcome visitors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all we needed to cook our meals (with many extra condiments and spices available to use). Our last night we had the perfect PEI dinner of mussels and local potatoes and my husband was able to cook the mussels outside saving the cottage from the smell of seafood. There is lots of space in the cottage both inside and out. The beds were all comfortable. My daughters throughly enjoyed sleeping in a bunk bed for the first time. There are games and movies to enjoy. Trouble is a new family favourite game to play and it was a fun to introduce the girls to the classic, National Velvet. Communication with Erin was excellent. We spent most of our days at the beach but there is so much else to do. Horseback riding would have been at the top of our list but the minimum age is 14. However, we were thrilled to spend our days at one of the best beaches I have ever been to. We were so lucky to have hot and sunny weather. If you are golfer than the location is perfect for you with Crowbush down the street. Highly recommend this cottage and we would absolutely stay again.

The right ambience to relax

We just had a small family reunion at the cottage and it was perfect. Although, we only stayed a short while, all the little details helped us relax. Everything you could want is provided for and the most beautiful beach is a pleasant walk away. Erin left all the details we could need if we had any questions and she stayed in touch throughout to help us. We would definitely stay here again.

Heaven on PEI

If you are looking for a well appointed cottage and a space in which to enjoy family and friends... Ocean Breezes is the place for you. A short drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in PEI, a swim in the ocean and a time to read your book under a beach umbrella... a wee bit of heaven on earth exists here. During a week of extreme heat, the air conditioner was a life-saver! When the winds receded, a fire in the pit made a place for sharing camp songs with the ukulele...wonderful memories for children and adults too. Thanks Erin and family for sharing your lovely abode with those who wish to rent. We hope to return next year. Shalom...

Great cottage - Perfect for the family vacation

We stayed in the Lakeside Beach cottage from Saturday, September 12th to Saturday September 19th and had a great stay. The cottage itself is very well appointed and we didn't have any issues at all with needing something that wasn't there. It's incredibly comfy, very cozy, but still enough room that no one feels cramped or crowded. The area is quiet, and you are only a few short minutes drive away from a beautiful beach. The beach is never crowded and you can walk forever on it. While the cottage is located in a quiet, less populated area, it's still close enough to Charlottetown that you can be there within about a half an hour. You're pretty central to most things on the island. The Hands have two separate fire pit areas set up, lots and lots of seating around the outside of the cottage and with the screened in porch, you can get a breath of night air no matter the weather or mosquito situation. We had a great week staying here, and will definitely stay there again.
