We had a wonderful time at G by the sea! Would recommend it. Was close to beach, golf cart was definitely handy and the pool was great to come back to after the beach.

Just down the road from all your activities. Included golf cart was awesome, kids loved it, and we took it everywhere! House is even more spacious in person, house was clean, communication was easy, and fast to respond. Had to leave early due to hurricane coming in, but was given credit for future stays. Pool in backyard was awesome as well, kiddos loved being able to walk out back and jump in. Definitely a house we'd love to stay in again. House stayed 70 all week, extra fan in laundry room if needed.

The kids earning taxi status in the golf cart is always a good sign! We're sorry the hurricane cut things short. We're glad the credit has you set for a return trip. The pool and that cart will be waiting!

Great home for a family vacation on PCB. GREAT location away from the typical tourist madness of PCB. We will be back!NOTE: The room with the bunkbeds is hot. While there is a stand alone AC unit, it was not big enough for the room. The beds were adequate, but nothing matches your own bed. All the amenities were there and the home had all the necessities you could want. The pool is an added bonus that we used extensively. The alarm on the door that goes to the pool area (required by FL law) was inoperative.

Great Vacation!

The house was amazing, Clean house the communication was bad and wasn’t responded on time, Also need more toilet paper in each bathroom.

Would love to rent again.

Perfect family celebration in Panama City Beach! We stayed here with family to celebrate our son heading to college. The house was perfect for entertaining everyone. We spent hours around the pool and at the beach. Having the golf cart made getting back and forth easy and quick, parking so simple! We made great memories.

Great home with new updates and nice area

The home was great, there was clearly a recent renovation. They had amazing amenities for us around the house. The golf cart was great to have as well! Our only issue was the pool heater was not working, but the company was apologetic and made it right as best they could.

This company is amazing!

Great house, very clean and organized. Insane pool that blows you away. House AC went down. 30a Beach Girls was amazing at making everything right for us. Highly recommend. The golf cart, bonfire and attention was mind blowing. Top notch service!

Great location and house/ bad experience

The house and location were great . And the pool was very nice and we are thankful for it since air conditioning wasn’t working at full capacity. We reached out to management company almost daily and at 1st said nothing was wrong , then eventually brought in mobile unit for back room. Which unfortunately didn’t help the rest of the house. We couldn’t cook in house due to heat, and by Friday it was 82 degrees in the house. Maintaince men did come out several times and were very polite and let us know the unit wasn’t big enough for the house and nothing they can do. At the end of the trip when we expressed , how upset we were , the management company really took no responsibility and said they went above and beyond . We were supposed to get a 1 night refund 🙄 but never recieved it.
