When you enter the home, you’ll immediately notice how clean and sleek it is. There’s a definite vibe of upscale quality and sophistication that you’ll love. After a day at the beach, the spacious living room will become your favorite hangout spot. It will feel so great to just sink down onto one of the plush sofas and enjoy a drink and a snack. The soothing colors invite you to relax as you recount your day’s adventures.

The gourmet kitchen is a welcome luxury for your family chef. Fully stocked with all the family’s needs in mind, this space features stainless steel appliances (including TWO refrigerators), gorgeous solid-surface counters, a striking chevron-pattern backsplash, a large center island, which seats 4, and an abundance of crisp white cabinetry that offers plenty of space for all your groceries. A separate formal dining room seats 6 and looks over the neighborhood with a floor-to-ceiling picture window.

An oversized primary suite offers vaulted ceilings with a fan, a king-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and a wall-mounted TV w/WiFi. The decadent en-suite bath offers a spa experience, with a freestanding soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vessel sink.
The first guest suite is outfitted in clean white and shades of ocean blue, with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, nightstand and lamp, dresser, and TV. The ensuite bath offers a tub/shower, and vessel sink.
The second guest suite features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstand and lamp, dresser, and TV. The ensuite bath has a tiled walk-in shower and double vessel sinks.
The last guest room is a romantic dormer room, with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and dresser.
The kids have their very own lair in the sizeable loft, complete with two twin-over-twin bunks, both with pull-out twin trundles. This space also has a ceiling fan, sofa (which folds out to a bed), and TV, so you may not see the kids again!
These two rooms share a full bath with a large tiled walk-in shower and vessel sink.
