Welcome to Island Time Cottage. Prepare to be wowed. Located on the south end of the island near all the action. Less than a mile to the beach and 2.5 mile to the Pier/Village area. Island Time has so much to offer. With three bedrooms and 2 baths you can comfortably sleep six here and you will vacationing in style.

From the flooring to the furniture to the decor, comfort is the main theme of this home. There is a living room and a den, both with wall mounted TV's and plenty of seating for you and your guests to watch the next big game. If that isn't enough there is a larges screened in porch with sectional seating and another large screen TV.

From the porch you have access to the backyard pool that can be heated upon request for an additional fee. You will enjoy the night lighting in and around the pool. It's more than just a dipping pool. There is plenty of seating around the pool and there is a fire pit table you can sit around and stay warm during one of our rare cooler days.

All three bedrooms come equipped with king sized beds. All bedrooms have TV's as well. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. From the master there is a back door out to the pool deck. In three steps you can be in the pool.

The second and third bedrooms are just as nice as the master but share a hallway bath between them.

You will love all the finishes in this house. Ship-lap accent walls, interior brick, eclectic decor, and comfortable furnishings. Nothing to want for in the kitchen. You can let you inner chef out here.

• Strict 2 dog limit. Dogs must be under 40 lbs and hypoallergenic/ non-shedding dogs. $125/pup non-refundable fee required.
• Parking is allowed for up to 3 cars in driveway

* $50/day for pool heat 3 day minimum
* There are ring cameras located at the front and back of property.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

* Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starting Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
