The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 per month utility fee deposit is required at time of signing the agreement.

Outdoor: 
Start your morning off with the beautiful views while you swim some laps in the large refreshing pool. There is plenty of space to lounge in this large backyard. Catch up on your favorite book on one of two lounge chairs day or night under the propane patio heater. Enjoy a fun game of giant connect four. Lunch can be prepared on the upgraded natural gas barbecue with side burner and followed up with a fun game of the classic bean bag toss game. Finally, finish your day off in the heated spa while you plan your next days' adventure. The Tennis Gardens in Indian Wells is just a short 4 minute drive away! 

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 62-inch Samsung 4K Smart television in comfort under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for four. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a GE french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including quartz countertops. Enjoy a sip of coffee from the Automatic Espresso Machine with milk frother and get some remote work done on the workspace station with a Dell Monitor and universal USB-C. A formal dining room greets you as you walk in the front door with seating for six and features and a natural gas fireplace. This home also features an office space with a work desk and extra seating so you can work in comfort. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is located near the hall foyer and features a King-sized Bed, 75-inch Sony 4K Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks. Suite 2 is located next to the laundry room and features a King-sized Bed, 55-inch Samsung Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located next to the hall bathroom and features a Full-sized Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located next to bedroom 3 and features a Queen-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Bed, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet. 

The hallway bathroom is located near bedroom 3 and features a soaking tub, tile shower and a vanity sink.
