The backyard is a private oasis that includes a large kid-friendly pool (from 3 to 5 feet)with attached spa, outdoor lounge beds and chairs, pool toys/games and floats. Optional Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $75/day all year. This is recommended October through May.
There is designated space with turf for activities/games including cornhole, table tennis and ladder toss.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large grassy open space across the street.
