"Super Host".  Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to beach and downtown. Quaint and relaxing. We are a tobacco free property.
An “ Old Florida” style lanai leads you to your front door. Once inside the living area and kitchen share a space. Big screen tv is viewable from both spaces. Kitchen is equipped with induction cook tops and convection microwave oven. Cupboards have things necessary to cook and eat in your vacation apartment. Continuing thru the apartment just past the kitchen, to your bedroom, you have your closet and bathroom on your left just past the kitchen and your bed is on the right. The bathroom has a 36” door and a walk in shower. There is a door out of the bedroom to the backyard area.
The entire unit is for the guest. The only shared area is the outside courtyard.
My husband and I live on the island about 5 minutes from the apartments. We are available by text for any questions.
Venice island is full of beautiful tropical plants and historical architecture. Endless walks on the beach. (You might even catch a sea turtle laying eggs or hatching) Wonderful eateries, some with live music. It is definitely the the opposite of a party town. Most the shops close by 5. Wonderful unique shopping options.
The island is small and quaint. The public bus is not far away. There are tennis courts, pickle ball and basketball courts close by. There is street parking close by for any guests that at come to visit. Biking is a big part of Venice and there are wonderful trails for biking going North and South from Venice. Bicycles International is happy to deliver and pick up bikes for your stay, if you would like to arrange this. There are lots of nice parks on the island as well.
Free yoga on the beach daily. Also a Drumming Down the Sun also happens on Venice Beach. The farmers market is about a block away and you are just 2 blocks from downtown shopping. Bike rentals offer drop off and pick up service at the apartments. The island offers lots of beautiful walks with a few “secret” gardens to find.
Each unit has 1 parking spot. If you require additional parking, please ask. We may have it available or there is parking available near by on the street.
-We supply enough coffee and tp to last a couple days. Those booking longer will be supplying their own after the supply runs out.
-If you require an iron and board, please let us know and I will leave them in your unit.
-If you need a same day booking, please send me a message. We can usually accommodate this. If your arrival is after 8p, and you have any issues the response time may be delayed. If your arrival is after 10p, your response may be the next morning. Please communicate your travel plans as they develop and change so we can make sure you have an uneventful check in process.
