Seaside's landmark Promenade (a mile-long avenue running parallel to the beach) is just footsteps away. Tillamook Head National Recreation Trail is only two miles away for hiking, and the town of Seaside hosts a number of events, like the Kitefliers Association Convention in October.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
