761 S. Prom, Seaside, located on the Promenade just a few blocks South of the famed 'Turn Around.' This location is the best Seaside has to offer. A stunning unobstructed oceanfront view, just steps to the promenade and only one hundred feet from stairs leading to the sand. Our home is newly constructed, finished in February of 2007. We tore down a badly deteriorated home and replaced it with two new homes, each sharing a common soundproof wall.

Our home is over 3000 square feet on three levels, four bedrooms, 3 baths, large lower level with additional sleeping space, beautiful round rock gas fireplace, washer and dryer, decks front and back, two car garage, cruiser bicycles, pool table, wireless internet, flat screen TV's. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with supplies.

On the basement level you will find a large living area with pool table and TV/DVD. Two bunk beds (double bottom and single top) provide sleeping for up to 6 people.
On the main floor, the large living/dining/kitchen area has a breathtaking view of the Pacific and Prom. The Kitchens granite island provides additional seating for dining. A bathroom with tiled shower, bedroom with queen bed and laundry area can also be found on the main level. Decks front and backed are accessed from the main level.
The upper level features three bedrooms and two baths (one with a clawfoot tub). The large master bedroom has a private bath, king bed and a spectacular view of the Pacific and Tillamook Head. The second bedroom on the upper level has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds.

No Pets and No Smoking.

Our Cancellation Policy allows up to a 100% refund. VRBO does not allow for custom cancellation policies. Ours is available on request and is also detailed in our contract.

Note regarding Covid-19; My cleaning crew has been with me for 13 years and they are outstanding. We have adopted CDC and Oregon Health Authority guidelines but have taken it a step further and are incorporating additional measures to provide a clean and safe environment for you and your family and friends. Please inquire if you would like additional information regarding disinfecting.

NOTE: Summer stays require a 5 night minimum however shorter blocks may be available. The VRBO system has limitations showing a two night minimum. This is true except for holidays and Summers as noted under rate information.
