Ideal for families or groups, our condo graciously accommodates up to 8 guests, promising an unforgettable retreat.

Our 3 bedroom unit is located on the 16th floor - Enjoy the beautiful view from the 16th floor.

Stepping into the condo, you will be greeted by the living space with a comfortable sectional sofa and a large flat screen tv. The dining table seats 6 guests.

Our limited kitchen includes a sink, granite countertops, microwave, and coffee maker, ensuring your basic dining needs are met. And with your personal washer and dryer in the condo, you can pack lightly and save room for souvenirs.

The condo features three bedrooms to accommodate a total of 10 guests, all outfitted in contemporary style and high-end finishes.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, matching dresser and a large flat screen tv with an ensuite bathroom that offers a shower and a separate garden tub.

The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom features a king-size bed, matching dresser, chair, and a TV with cable. The living room has a sofa bed.

There is a hallway bathroom that offers a shower.

All of the bedrooms have access to the private balcony that runs the length of this elevated unit.

While the Marriott has its own smaller beach, the condo is conveniently located just three short blocks from the Pier 60 on the larger beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, bars - giving you a plethora of options for dining and entertainment.

The hotel has many amenities such as the rooftop pool that comes complete with a poolside bar and grill, and the state-of-the-art fitness center includes a sauna and steam room.

- Parking is only through valet service at the hotel at $48.00 daily
- Hotel has a mandatory daily resort fee of $40 per night + tax which covers:

- AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
