Large luxury villa in central Prague

It was an absolute pleasure to host Elizabeth and her wonderful large group of young friends at our villa for a weekend with their single friends! They were truly exceptional guests - incredibly considerate, remarkably polite and very respectful of the property, treating it with the utmost care as if it were their own home. I have no hesitation in recommending Elizabeth as a guest to any host. They are a shining example of how to enjoy a celebration while being responsible and respectful. Ranjeet Phatak and his group of 10 young men stayed at our villa from May 21 to May 26, 2026. This was by far the most stressful and problematic stay we have experienced in over 10 years of hosting. We pride ourselves on excellent service and have many returning guests with outstanding reviews. Unfortunately, this group was an absolute nightmare. They repeatedly and deliberately violated the House Rules (which they had accepted in advance): Climbed and sat on the villa roof at 7:30 a.m. (strictly prohibited and extremely dangerous) Played loud music until 6:00 a.m., ignoring the nighttime quiet policy Caused significant damage to property (blinds, light switches, scratched teak floors) Left the villa in a terrible state with heavy soiling of sofas, bedding, and large quantities of linens pulled from storage Showed complete disregard for the property and our rules Their behaviour was so uncontrollable and disrespectful that we nearly had to call the Czech Police. We strongly advise other hosts not to accept this guest or similar large, irresponsible groups. We will not host Mr. Phatak again."
