Welcome to Thagard Lake and the Whispering Pines River Course! This unique home is situated on hole #17 of the River course AND on Lake Thagard. Convenient & private location, just 15 minutes to both downtown Pinehurst & Southern Pines and within walking & golf-cart distance to local restaurants. Come enjoy the peaceful views from the many outdoor spaces or take your friends & family out on the lake on the kayaks & paddle boards. Boasting 3 bedrooms, all en-suite bathrooms, sleeping 10 guests.

The main floor of the home is an open space with a living room with a 65 inch tv, electric fireplace and seating area. The entertainers kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. The dining table seats 8 guests and the bar seats 4. There is also a laundry room & pantry.

Off the main level is a large back porch looking over the grounds. The back patio has a beautiful gas fire-pit with ample seating.

Outside of the fenced yard is the waterfront to enjoy! We have two paddle-boards, adult & kids kayak and peddle-boat seats 4!

There are two parks on Thagard Lake, both a mile bike ride/golf-cart ride away! You can use the water trampoline and swimming area.

We have a 4-seater lithium battery golf cart that is available to renters. Insurance & more information will be required. (Please contact the host for more information.)
We are pet-friendly! We allow two dogs maximum UPON APPROVAL. They must be house-trained and have flea & tick prevention. (Please send the host an inquiry for approval and further information)
