Guest Access:
Guests enjoy the pool at Richmond Park as well as the pool between North Hampton and South Hampton at the ocean (a few minutes walk). Our home features contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and you go directly to our home - skip the check-in lines! Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

Getting Around:
Top rated location and free parking on site.  Walk to beach, pool, spa, restaurants (including Blue Drum) and Starbucks! Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
Free parking! The entrance gate of Kingston Plantation will issue you parking passes when you arrive. Free parking in front of our villa (2 vehicle maximum).
-Motorcycles can park free in designated parking near the entrance. 
- Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot - fee is paid by credit card at automated machine.
- Electric vehicles can be charged at the Embassy Suites located in this resort (charging fee applies). There is 1 Tesla and 1 standard station.
House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
