Views and outdoor access:
When you stay here, you can enjoy peek views of the Atlantic Ocean from the master bathroom and second story balcony. Views of the lagoon and the Wild Dunes Resort can be enjoyed from the private back deck in the master suite and the screened porch of the second guest bedroom. On the first floor, adjacent to the dining room and living room, a very large furnished screened porch overlooks a private backyard with large oak trees for shading, palm trees, and beautiful views of the lagoon. With 1 screened porch and 1 deck on the main floor and 3 balconies on the third floor, and one covered deck on the 1st floor, you have access to the outside from almost every room in the house.
Main Floor:
A custom updated open concept kitchen with quartz counter-tops, a large island that seats 4 and all high-end stainless-steel appliances opens to a custom dining room that seats 8 people & a large family room with a sectional couch, fireplace, and TV mounted over the fireplace. The family room has very large windows and doors with views of the mature oak and the lagoon. A Side-by-Side refrigerator with InstaView, an induction cooktop, convection oven, large stainless-steel sink, under-counter microwave drawer, under-counter ice maker a beverage fridge, and a fully equipped kitchen provides for all your cooking and entertaining needs during your stay. In addition to the front bay window, 5 additional windows provide lots of natural light and spectacular views. Finally, a cozy kitchen coffee nook overlooking the front cul-de-sac completes the overall look and feel of a beach dream kitchen.
The main floor bedroom includes a pocket entry door for privacy, a white shiplap focal point wall with 2 armories, 2 chests of drawers and a 65" TV. A King Comfort Sleeper sofa from American Leather with 5" gel mattress with no bars, no springs, no sagging for maximum sleeping comfort. A front facing bay window overlooking the front cul-de-sac provides lots of light. Our vision for this space is a flexible room that can be used as a 4th bedroom or workspace, TV room, reading room, or playroom. It has access to an Ensuite bathroom.
Third Floor:
A very large primary suite greets you with lots of light from two large windows and a french sliding door leading to a private back deck where you can almost touch the tall mature oak tree while taking in views of the lagoon and breathtaking sunsets. A king bed with luxury mattress, high-end comforter, 65" TV, hardwood floors, area rug, large upgraded walk-in closet, a custom writing desk, and a sofa (opens to a double bed) complete this beautiful setting. The Ensuite primary bathroom has lots of natural light from a very large arch top window with peek views of the ocean. Two vanities, custom mirrors, high-end faucets and fixtures, a Jacuzzi tub, a large glass shower, toilet, and access to the front balcony where you can enjoy morning sunrises, ocean peek views and wonderful ocean breezes.
The elegant second bedroom includes a king bed, high-end comforter, upgraded mattress, matching curtains, an upgraded closet, 43" TV, Ensuite bathroom, and access to a screened porch overlooking the lagoon and of the entire back island making this a perfect second master. Enjoy gorgeous sunset views from the screened porch. The Ensuite bathroom has marble floors, with a very large quartz vanity with 1 sink, cabinets, shower with marble walls, and toilet.
The third bedroom faces the front of the house. This roomās coordinated dĆ©cor includes two twin XL beds, blue quilts with lots of accent pillows, a 43" TV, upgraded closet, and a large chest of drawers. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into a king bed ready for your arrival. French doors leading to the front balcony complete the overall charm. It has access to an Ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub/shower and toilet.
The laundry room with washer, dryer, is in the upstairs hall closet.
Parking:
3 cars maximum + possible space for golf cart. Garage and driveway parking for a total of 3 cars. Free electric car charger in the garage. Outlet by front door to charge golf cart
Complimentary Beach Amenities:
For your convenience, we provide complimentary beach towels (located in your bedroom closet or bathroom), beach umbrellas, chairs, and carts, rolling cooler, and many beach toys (located in the garage). We update this inventory once a year in the Spring. We do not control the usage by our guests and cannot guarantee the condition and what is available upon your arrival.
Complimentary Bikes:

Our home is in Ocean Point, an exclusive oceanfront gated community within the Wild Dunes resort in Isle of Palms. We love its vicinity to Charleston, the peaceful and serenity of the beach, and the access to the best that the Wild Dunes resort has to offer. Extremely convenient, with no major streets to cross, our beach access is only 200 yards from our house and the Ocean Point community pool and cabana is approximately 100 yards from our front door. We love Wild Dunes resort because if you want to relax and stay inside the resort it has everything that you need, 2 hotels, a beautiful boardwalk by the Sweetgrass Hotel with many restaurants, rooftop bar, ice cream store, gallery, spa and a market & cafƩ. You also have access to golf, tennis/pickleball classes, bike rentals, beach chair & umbrella rentals, resort events, water rentals and tours at the Wild Dunes Marina. Rentals of golf carts, baby equipment, food delivery can be done with businesses outside of Wild Dunes which deliver to all the rental homes within Wild Dunes.
But if you love and enjoy to venture out, it is close to everything including downtown Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Mount Pleasant, downtown Charleston and all surrounding islands/areas

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?
To me, it is like being in paradise. We love the smells, the sounds, the air, the breezes, the sounds from the palms trees splashing against the screen porch, the mature oaks shading our walk to the beach, the colors, and the views.
