Gigi's Beach House

Great house for our family. The home was clean and well appointed. Close to the beach and pool. Layout of the home allowed our family to have separate private space with common space. The Ice maker and all the beverage cooler space were very convenient. We would certainly stay again!

Ideal home for our family

This home was perfect for our family (4 couples + a 2 year old) with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Location is great, beach away from the crowds.

Wonderful location!

We absolutely loved this house and its location! Kitchen was very well equipped for a large family, layout was very spacious and clean throughout! Definitely would stay here again!

Great Stay

Overall, very happy with property, check in process, location to beach and pool. Yes, it has 3 stories with stairs (bottom level accessible thru garage), but no issues as we knew that ha! Lots of supplies including large number of garbage bags which we needed! Most properties give you a few at best One thing to highlight, the property is strict about 3 cars only. We did ask for a few hours exception for a photographer- no go With one car in garage, easily fit 3 in drive way - don’t understand lack of flexibility. The ONE factor that would affect us renting again. Got tired if picking local Charleston family at Woody’s parking lot 😜 So great rental, but hard on day guests

The house was amazing. The beach items were convenient as was the walk to the beach and the pool areas. The only concern is if any of the party has mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs and no access to the elevator. The kitchen and main floor is open and perfect for the family to hang out, eat, play games, and just lounge. I would definitely book here again! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need, wine cooler, ice maker, cooling fridge, double ovens, and so much more! This house is perfect for a large family, friends, or any group!

This is a beautiful house. It's at the very end of the island, and the beach is secluded. There were only a handful of families on the beach in August. The beach is just about an 8-10 min walk from the house. You can't take a golf cart to get to the beach. My daughter loved watching the wildlife from the deck every day. Regarding being in Wild Dunes - you'll get a pass for your car when you first arrive. Then the house is in a gated community in Wild Dunes and you'll code to get in. Host had wine and cookies for us at check-in. Nice touch. We did have a problem with the AC, but the property management texted me back within minutes and solved it.

Great location

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Enjoyed having a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. Would recommend. Beautiful area

Perfect House

Gigi’s Beach House was the absolute perfect house for our group of 8! It is beautifully appointed on the inside and had everything we could need!! It was super clean and comfortable! We will definitely be booking here again!

Loved GIGIs beach house

Gigis beach house was perfect for our family of 9. We loved the large living area and kitchen where we could all be together but not feel cramped. We enjoyed the beach and going to the pool which was close by. The house was beautiful and the perfect size for us. We will definitely be back.

All about Family!

Gigi's house was the perfect place for our family vacation. You could tell every detail had been thought out in the home making it comfortable and beautiful. Great Family memories made on our stay!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spent a weekend in Isle of Palms at Gigi's Beach House. Great location with easy beach access and upscale community amenities. Two golf courses within minutes drive and everything you need in the home in order to enjoy a week or a few days. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful beach house in a gated community

We stayed at this luxurious 4 floor house overlooking a golf course. Beautiful views, private pool, minutes from the beach. Our family enjoyed the house and the area; only wish we would have stayed longer.

Family reunion

Beautiful home in a wonderful gated community. Very close to beach, pool and golf. Well supplied kitchen. Close to great restaurants. Owners very approachable. Would definitely go to this house again.

Guys getaway

All the guys had a fantastic time, loved cooking in the kitchen and setting out on the upper balcony. We also really enjoyed the game room , we also enjoyed walking to the beach, great weekend.
