Heaven with a walk in beach!!

A one of a kind lake experience on Possum Kingdom Lake. South Keuka on Possum Kingdom Lake is named in honor of the vacation home on Keuka Lake in upstate New York that the homeowners visited during their youth.
SKonPK offers a truly unique lake experience. With over 500 feet of lake shoreline with a large beach area, this rare gem on PK is a perfect getaway. The newly renovated 2600 sq ft house sleeps 10 comfortably (13 total) and features beautiful lake views.
The open concept living, dining, kitchen and breakfast nook, offers many places to enjoy the lake views. The 6 seat dining table is located near the breakfast nook, seating an additional 4. Bar seating allows for another 3 to be seated. The kitchen has all of the conveniences of home with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Laundry facilities, bedding and bath necessities are provided as well as WiFi. From the living room, walk out to the covered porch with stunning lake views with ceiling fans, heaters and an outdoor TV.
The extra roomy King master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a separate shower and tub with two vanities. Enjoy access to the patio through a separate entrance from the master bedroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The shared bath features a huge walk in shower. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed. Two twin rollaway cots are available for additional sleeping space. A third bathroom has easy access to the lake from a separate entrance with a walk in shower, toilet & sink. An additional fourth bedroom is conveniently located near this bathroom with bunkbeds.
A bench swing hangs from one of the huge oak trees, offering a nice shady area in the massive yard. A separate outdoor patio with a gas grill and seating area is a great place to enjoy dining outdoors. At night, roast marshmallows in the open firepit. Boats can easily be tied to the side of the dock. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, yard games and basketball. Fishing charters are available that will pick you up at the dock.

Heaven with a walk on the beach delivered everything it promised. This property is well-maintained and the amenities are very well thought out, from the kitchen to the outdoor activities. Our entire family loved being here, plenty to do or just relax and enjoy the water…we did it all. This property will definitely be on our top list for vacation rentals. The kids are already asking to go back.

This property was absolutely perfect. Everything is thought of in this home. Plenty of games/activities for kids, the dock is amazing, location is great. I don’t have one single complaint about this home. We enjoyed our stay with family and friends.

We all throughly enjoyed the house, large yard, the beach and the lake location. The garage is stocked full of fun games, floats and kayaks that we enjoyed during our stay. We brought our boat and the public dock was easy and accessible to the house. We enjoyed the porch for coffee in the mornings and games in the evenings. The house is updated, clean and was perfect for our family needs. We loved our visit to Possum Kingdom Lake.

Great place to stay as a family! Enjoyed kayaking, fishing, boating, watching geese and making s’mores. The house sleeps 13, but at least seven need to be kids.

Great location/house and wonderful managers

This stay was wonderful for everyone who came. The quality in amenities and the home/property design was top notch. Our only issue (at no fault of the owners) was that the beach was underwater due to a heavy rain season. With little ones and the water being fairly rough due to high winds, it made swimming a challenge for them. The grass also had several stickers that were tough to deal with. Check in and check out were very easy! Thanks for being wonderful hosts, we will definitely recommend this property!

Awesome property

Amazing property , so clean , so neat , activities for all kids and adults , communication was perfect. This listing is exactly as you see it online. Property management was professional and very attentive to the guest. Cleaning company also did a great job as well ! We would recommend everytime ! Beautiful property

This home is beautifully maintained , very spacious with so many amenities . Worth every penny ! There was a recant rain so we didn't get to enjoy the beach and i was very disappointed in that but no one can predict the weather right . The room with the queen bed needs a little work as it somehow attracted so many little bugs my daughter in law would not sleep there , the bed frame was also very noisy and mattress uncomfortable, all other. bedrooms were great...all in all I highly recommend this place

Perfect spot for families and kids!

Everything was just as advertised, the house was very clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we could have ever needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and so many outdoor toys, life jackets, floaties, all the things for a fun day at the lake. We woke up our first morning to a hundred ground hornets, and the owner and property manager had an exterminator out almost immediately to spray and treat the yard. They also stopped by and gave us a few bug zappers to use while we were outside. We had zero issues after that. The dock was great to tie the boat up to and let the kids swim, the beach was absolutely perfect for our 9 year old, he loved playing in the sand! Would absolutely stay here again!

It was an awesome place even though we spent very little time there. We mainly slept there but really wish we could have played there as well. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Love it!

It would have been nice if the host would have left ONE slip for our boat. Bathtub was not hooked up and water went everywhere. Everything else was fabulous!!

Please let me assure you that the owners and we at Lush Property Management are committed to providing perfect guest experiences. Upon seeing your review, the owner drove 6 hours to inspect and repair the tub. They & We have no idea how the tub got disconnected from its plumbing. The tub has been repaired. As far as the boat slips, we have never considered making them available, but thanks to your review, we are investigating how we can add the boat slips as a valuable option. Thank you so much.

Better than expected!

Tons of waterfront footage and all of it is easily accessible vs most of the lake homes on PK that are high up top the rocks. Perfect for families with children to play in the beach area or wiffle ball in the grass while parents are in the backyard making sure everyone is safe. This is an extraordinary property with tons of little technological upgrades and plenty of things at the house to maximize your fun on the lake. We used the public ramp 5 minutes away to launch our jet skis and left them anchored up off the beach during our entire stay. Very quiet part of the lake, safe to tube and take the kids out on the water. Didn't observe any idiots on the water (I was probably the only one) or wild party kids. Very clean. We really enjoyed our time up here and plan to come back again if they'll have us! There are a lot of wild hogs in the area so if I had to pick any gripe and that's just to hopefully add legitimacy to my review it would be for a property of this stature to have an automated gate so we wouldn't have to pay such close attention to making sure it stayed closed all the time with families/kids coming and going. 5 out of 5 stars though... we loved it more than most of the higher end rentals we've done in the past. Property manager was attentive and friendly. Almost don't want to boost it up too much so it's available for me next time. ;-) Party animals: if you're looking for a house to slam shots all weekend and play flip cup while your buddies jump off the roof onto the trampoline, this probably isn't going to be the house for you. A place this nice has a discerning owner and that kind of thing won't fly.
