Cozy and Clean Boardwalk/Beach Block Condo with Parking and Pool

Thank you for checking out our listing! We are located in the heart of OCNJ just steps away from the Boardwalk and Beach. We are so excited to help vacationers make lifetime memories in OCNJ!

Our property is perfect for a couple or small family. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and shopping district. There is a pool on premise. Pool is open in summer season, hours subject to change. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a king size bed. There is a living room area with kitchenette and full size pull out sofa bed. Private outdoor deck. Condo was renovated in winter 2024. New paint, new furniture, new tv.

Included for rental guests: Beach tags, bed linens, towels, 1 reserved parking spot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, basic cooking/kitchen supplies, starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. There is also a pack and play crib with mattress, and small foldaway cot stored in unit, if needed. Please bring your own sheets for pack away crib.

Condo ideally sleeps 2-4 people. 5 guests would only be recommended if small children are included. Please be sure sleeping arrangements meets your needs.

Self check in. Digital/Electronic lock on unit. You will receive a unique code before check in. Physical key available upon request.

Renters must be over the age of 25. It is a non-smoking building. No pets allowed. No prom or graduation groups please.

** 7 night weekly rentals only during summer months. June 15th to August 31st. Saturday check in / check out. **

This was our 2nd time staying at the property. The property is updated, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as it's right off the boardwalk. I highly recommend this property!

Perfection! Everything about this stay was perfect! The condo is in the best location-steps to the boardwalk and a quick walk downtown. Onsite parking and access to a pool was so nice to have. The condo was immaculately clean, updated, and cozy. It was well stocked with the all the essentials and was so helpful having linens and towels provided. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. Kristi was always so quick to respond to any questions I had and was so thoughtful to let us know we could check in early, which was a huge bonus as we arrived in town a bit earlier than we expected. The check in/out process was so easy and smooth. My family had a great week, absolutely enjoyed our stay and we’d definitely stay again!

Adorably furnished clean condo

This condo has everything you need to stay! Located in a great location, close to everything. The house was very neat and clean. The hosts are super kind, welcoming and responsive. The neighbors are all nice. Thank you Kristi for being such a great hostess!

We took a handy cap space since Iam handy cap , but some guy was saying my daughter can’t park in an assigned spot even tho it was free .sad that when you have handy cap issues another family member can’tPark in that spot especially when you have a scotter and medical equipment that you need help with hounwant family close by to help .the guy was like you can’t have both spots because other people parked car in handy cap spot and left it there while week and didn’t use it .he wasn’t guy we rented from acted like he owned place the guy next store said too use he watches the place . No respect at all for handy cap at all the guy in lot. Let use park free next door the paid parking .when are spot assigned too stayed empty

Great Stay

Highly recommend for a couple or small family. The king bed was perfect for us. Shower was great, water pressure and temperature were really good. Linens and towels provided was appreciated. Just a note if you plan to stay here: bring a couple trash bags. Also, would have appreciated some umbrellas at the pool but definitely a nice feature to have the pool and hot tub at the property. Owners are super responsive, neighbors are very friendly, and great location. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Quick respite to OC

Had a great weekend stay off season! This well appointed, clean condo is nearly on the boardwalk! Exactly where you want to be! Hosts were communicative and offered earlier check in and later check out as their reservations allowed. The condo is cozy and comfortable. Even on a rainy afternoon, 4 adults hung out comfortably in the living room playing cards. Two entrances to the bathroom made each space feel private after going to bed which was a plus. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience!! Highly recommend!

My husband and I wanted to stay in a quiet place near the ocean for our 25th wedding anniversary. This condo was absolutely perfect! Cozy and comfy, with a one minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating with great communication. We would most definitely stay there again! 5 stars!!!
Fresh taffy and waters were waiting for us. 🥰

Great location and property

This property was great. The unit was updated, clean and comfortable. The residents were nice and helpful. You can't beat the location as it's right off the boardwalk and beach. There is a small heated pool which my kids enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning our next trip.

Lovely Four Days at Ocean City

Kristi and Chris's place was perfect -- spotless, comfortable, and only steps from the Boardwalk. Communications were prompt and thoughtful; for example, they texted us indicating that since no one was checking into the condo the day we were leaving, we should feel free to checkout at noon instead of the regular time of 10 am. A great stay!

Great place, great location!

We had the best weekend stay here. The condo was so clean, was in a great location close to everything, and had everything we needed in it. Our first time to Ocean City and we loved it.

The location and cleanliness of this unit is top-notch! Communication was timely and efficient; there were many personal touches and thoughtful gestures made by the host throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay at this property! The condo was spotlessly clean, cozy, well-lit, and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed for our weekend in Ocean City. The unit was conveniently located with easy access to the boardwalk, beach, and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a plus! Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, accommodating, and made sure our stay was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again!

My experience was outstanding. The condo is in the perfect location. It is cozy, charming, had everything we needed and much more. Beautifully decorated-so inviting and very comfortable (and spotless). Hosts went above and beyond to welcome us and accommodate our needs. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Awesome place and location

This place is fantastic. It is right in heart of OC and just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The place is perfect for a small family. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze. The other folks staying on the property were super friendly too! Kristi and Chris had great communication. They are friendly and extremely responsive. We will be booking again in the future and can't wait for our next stay!

Chris and I are both originally from Philadelphia. And spent many years vacationing in OCNJ. We love this town, and making memories on the beach. We recently moved to OCNJ full time. This is our first rental property. It has always been a dream of ours. We hope to have a great first year! And do all we can to make your stay comfortable. We are just minutes away of you need anything during your stay!

Our condo is in an amazing location. Steps from the Boardwalk and Beach. Many years we sat in OCNJ water park and saw this property across the street. We always knew how great it was. We are so excited to own a condo here and share it with the world.
