• They sanitize the workspace and all areas touched.
• They use EPA approved disinfectants that kill the virus.
• They wear masks and gloves when they clean our condo.
• Their employees’ temperature is checked everyday when they come into work.
• They adhere to the guidelines proposed by the state and federal government.
• Optional anti-bacterial fogging service that penetrates all soft surfaces (cushions, carpets, mattresses, etc.) is available at an additional cost.

This North End (the best part of Ocean City) beach condo is 4 houses away from the beach and quiet end of the boardwalk! (The heart of the boardwalk is only a 5 minute walk.) What’s more stores and restaurants are only a block away (easy walking distance). Just park your car (free street parking) and “forget about it” because everything is so close by. Your days will be filled with biking on the boards, shopping, beach-combing, dining, rides, and quiet time under the stars to relax and enjoy the memories of the day. The perfect recipe for a perfect vacation.

This recently renovated condominium, is located on Park Place between 3rd and 4th streets. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and comfortably sleeps 6. We are on the third flood (two flights of stairs) above the street noise and with beautiful views. You can see the ocean from the living room! There is 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen size pull-out bed in the sofa.

Wi-Fi Internet access is included allowing you to stay connected while on vacation (no working allowed!). Boardwalk shops and attractions are close enough to walk to with the children, in fact you can see the Castaway Cove GaleForce Roller Coaster from the balcony. But don’t worry, they are far enough away so that you can sit on either of the two balconies and enjoy the quiet, except for the relaxing sound of the ocean of course. Downtown Ocean City is within walking distance and with the beach so close it will be easy and fast to come home for naps, snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. and not miss a moment of the fun.

*We ask you supply your own linens specific to the bed sizes for each room; 1 king, 2 twins, 1 queen sofa pull-out and also your own bath & beach towels. Towels and linens can be provided with pre-arrangement and at an additional fee from local concierge businesses. Ask us for details.

No smoking and no pets please. Rentals are to mature adults over twenty-four (24) only. No proms or graduation groups.
