Awesome 2/2 ground floor unit just one block from the beach and very close to restaurants and the commercial strip of South Padre Island. The property features two fully furnished bedrooms with two queen size beds, one twin bed and full size sleeper sofa, LED flat screen TVs in the living room and Master Bedroom. A very functional kitchen with all the basics for you and your family and friends to cook your favorite meals. The living room has two very comfortable leather sofas facing a 40' LED flat screen TV. The dinning area faces the kitchen and opposite to wide French doors to access the back patio. Complimentary fast internet is available! The fully fenced patio and the covered porch provides an exquisite area to enjoy the afternoons while having your favorite cold refreshment. There is parking assigned for two vehicles in the driveway. A brisk walk, and you are at the wonderful, sunny and breezy beaches of South Padre Island. This is the perfect property to spend a safe, comfortable and fun time with family and friends.

Notes:

- Swimming pool is not heated - This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island - House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked

Great Location

Great property, very clean and ready for our stay. Location was the best, we could walk to the beach and not worry about parking. Little paint in the master bathroom would make a lot of difference. Overall, great place to stay!

Perfect!

The property was beautiful and clean. Everything you would need when visiting the beach! We loved the pool. The owner was very understanding and accommodating when we had to change our vacation dates twice. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

Great place

Place was great all in all was just missing a couple things that were pictured in the photos 1 couch/1Tv was missing but wasn’t too upset about it. Still had a great time and it’s a nice condo!

AWESOME place!!!!!

Awesome place and location. Quick communication with owner. One of the other tenants not to good. Started talking politics and we just listened did not want to cause a stir. Roberto great place you have there. Will contact again. Family loved it.

Easy vacation

The check in and out were so easy! The place was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again. Bring your own beach stuff!

Close to beach.

I’ve stayed in a few places over the years at SPI. This area is really great and not too busy. The house is walking distance to the beach and the beach access has a shower to rinse off sand. I liked that the condo has an electronic keypad instead of actual keys. It made it easier for everyone staying and not risk losing house keys. I do wish that the floor was cleaner (seemed like there was a layer of sand in house). Understandably is is a beach property so that can be difficult. The smaller bathroom had a high pressure shower that caused water to fill the bathroom floor so we all stuck with using the larger bathroom. It didn’t seem like the place was inspected too well before we came because we found a case of Dr Pepper in the bedroom drawer and Bobby pins under couch pillows. The couch was sandy too. The “master bed” wasn’t too bad but my friends were not happy with the other beds and the pull out couch was a definite no. There was Not another comforter for the pull out couch either just a sheet. I would suggest upgrading the bedding (at least the plastic pillows) and getting better silverware. The spoons and forks were baby sized.

Close to beach and very roomy!

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and roominess of the property. Beach access was a short walk away and very convenient. Enjoyed our stay a great deal!

Size of unit was good for my needs. Everything I expected it to be by the description. My only problem was that the bathrooms were not very clean. The rest of the unit was good. I would stay again. That a relaxing time around the pool.

FABULOUS!!

This is a jewel on a side street. We so enjoyed our stay there. And it is so nice to be able to take your furry family with you. This place would be so great for a family reunion and rent the three condos. That's what I am thinking of doing next time. The beach access was not too far. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Fabulous Family Vacay!

We loved our stay at Casa Caracol C. Very spacious, quiet and super quick walk to the beach. If you weren't able to walk or wanted to unload a bunch of stuff at the beach, there are also places to park right by the beach entrance. Our favorite part about CCC was the pool. Our 2 young boys would swim every night. And I would enjoy it every morning - It is so nice sit out there with your coffee amongst all the beautiful flowers and plants. We also loved the large master shower, the TV's in each room and the easy access to our room (no stairs). The owner was very friendly and quick to fix a small issue we had as soon as we got there. We hope you enjoy Casa Caracol C in South Padre as much as we did!

Nice with a few issues

We would stay again but plan to bring a larger group so may need to upgrade. A few issues with pipes under kitchen sink that we fixed, shower in single bathroom leaks, mattress in single bedroom needs to be replace ( very uncomfortable) front door lock needs battery replaced ( locked us out had to use backdoor), water flow in single shower was not good. This property did not have a dishwasher.

Excellent location mid-way on Padre Island and close to beach

Having unit on ground floor and large living area was great. Enjoyed having coffee and breakfast at table beside pool every morning, enjoying outside. We would stay here again in future. Mike & Cathy

Very spacious!

This condo is very spacious. It has plenty of room for a big family. The closest beach access is about a 7 min walk. Good for vacationing!

Excellent well priced vacation property

My wife and I just returned from spending Feb 1st to March 1st, 2016 at this condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner, Roberto is a top notch owner who is very interested in making your stay as pleasant as possible. Affordable and near the in-laws

We were glad to find this place to stay while visiting the in-laws for the holidays. Spacious and clean, with a supermarket and CVS nearby for snacks and aloe (my husband got sunburned). My only complaint would be the group who reserved the upstairs unit was really noisy! It sounded as though they were moving furniture one evening, who knows. We would reserve here again, likely the upper unit.

My #1 choice for SPI visits

My family & I loved Casa Caracol. The kitchens were a nice size and well stocked, the washer and dryer made it easy to keep clean, dry towels always available and the pool was immaculate. We rented the downstairs unit 'C' for 9 nights and the two upstairs units, A & B for 5 nights. I personally stayed in the downstairs unit to avoid steps. I loved walking out of the French doors of the living area to the pool. A word of caution, prepare to place towels inside the door so the folks coming in from the pool with wet feet don't slip on the ceramic tile floor. We used our large beach towels which worked fine. All rooms in all units are spacious and inviting. The shower in the downstairs unit is HUGE. The upstairs units have large tubs & smaller showers. My daughter-in-law enjoyed the tub. Everyone...my kids, my grandchildren and my great granddaughter, all commented on how relaxing our visit was and how much fun we had at Casa Caracol. Everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable (you might want to bring your favorite pillow). There was never a need to call management to fix something. I am looking forward to returning in a few weeks for a shorter visit. Roberto and Sylvia ( the owner/managers) are great to work with and were very accommodating in helping us extend our stay. Super folks.

Great Stay As Always

Thank you Roberto for yet another great stay with no problems as usual,I love this property and will be back again...we had a wonderful stay full of rest and relaxation,went to the beach twice out of a 4 night stay...that goes to show how great the property is we didn't even have to leave to feel we were on vacation,the pool and relaxing atmosphere was enough,again thank you Roberto

Great stay

Awesome place to stay. We were there a week and had a great time. The open layout have us plenty of room to move around. We had a small issue with the stove top, but we texted Roberto, and he had someone out in minutes! We walked to the beach every day, with no problems. Definitely recommend this property.

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin
