This is a beautiful 2BR/2BA condo at Saida Towers from Rent On Padre. This is a penthouse in one of the buildings right upfront by the Gulf of Mexico. The View is SPECTACULAR! This condo is too. It is recently remodeled. It is fresh, clean, and beautiful! Saida 2606 has a wonderful beach feel and sleeps 8. There is a beautiful king size bed in your master suite as well as an incredible view. The second bedroom has a Queen and a bunk bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Kitchen is remarkable. The granite countertops are beautiful. The Kitchen is new and well stocked. You will love cooking in this kitchen. You also get Smart TV's and high speed TV's to keep you connected to the outside world!

The Saida Towers resort is one of the Largest, if not the nicest on the Island. This condo is located in a private, gated community. This beautiful unit overlooks 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, poolside bar and grill and of beach.

During the month of March and Holy Week, Saida Towers requires all individuals between the ages of 10-32 to wear a valid wristband in order to be permitted on the property. The cost is $25 per wristband.

You will be within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is nearby! South Padre Island has so much to offer!

Nearby activities include: Golf, Tennis, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding,, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants.

This is our first time at the Saida complex and it was fantastic. The condo went above and beyond our expectation. I always try and get beach front balcony, and this is one of the best we've been in yet. The facility has 3 pools, one with a bar, and I think the kids had more fun at the pools than the beach. Which is also very clean, you can rent chairs and umbrellas, and despite it being peak summer time, there's hardly any traffic. The complex is right at the end of the bridge so you can bypass the main road. We will be booking this same condo next year!

Sunrise on the Beach

A great family getaway! Convenient location to local restaurants and shopping. A short walk right up to the beach! And great views. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo with Beach View

The condo was great and we all really enjoyed the deck with the ocean view.The only downside was that they are remodling the condo nextdoor so there was a lot of construction noise durning the day.

Beachfront Condo

This was a cute condo with plenty of room. The furniture and bedding were are very comfortable and there were more than enough utensils for cooking and eating. This condo is on the top floor in the end of the building so it was nice and quite. The only negative would be that it would be nice to have better water pressure as it was kind of low. The staff that runs this rental was very nice and even came out the day we checked in to replace the batteries in the thermostat that were low. Overall, we had a great experience

A slice of paradise

Could not be happier with our stay! It was so well maintained, clean and even better than the description. Absolutely loved it! All the appliances were brand new and the refrigerator quit working two days into our 5 night stay. The property manager and owner couldn't have done more to make it right by us, and although inconvenient, I couldn't be happier with how they handled it. Will def be coming back!

Well appointed condo with a great view!

I rented this condo with parents. The location is great. We were visiting my brother and his family who live in Donna. Everything was as described. We had a couple meals in, and the kitchen had everything we needed, less an ice cream scoop. We brought an extra roll of paper towel and toilet paper, which was needed in addition to what was provided. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels and linens were provided. We loved the view and spent a lot of time looking out. It was also nice to have a bar on site. We loved the grilled fish sandwich from the tiki hut. There was another review that mentioned a dirty floor. We experienced the same thing, while it didn’t appear dirty, our socks and feet let us know otherwise. We used the laundry on the first floor- you do need quarters for the machine. We really enjoyed this condo and will likely be back. Thank you!

Property is beautiful! Condo had everything we needed. Our host Katherine was very helpful and gracious. Had a fantastic time and would love to stay there again. we arrived late at night but with the keypad it was easy. What was so helpful was there was coffee for the morning and power cream. Slice of paradise

The condo was very clean and well stocked. We absolutely loved this rental. The view is amazingly gorgeous. Plenty of space for everyone and then some. Easy access to the beach. Was very relaxing. We will definitely be returning .

Our one disappointment was finding that there was NOT a gym on site despite the website claiming that one was available. Also I think it may have helped Rent on Padre to provide a pack-and -play or crib of some sort for infants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got home from a 3 week stay at Sunrise on the Beach. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We have rented many condos from HomeAway, VRBO and such, but this was by far the most seamless, organized and customer service forward experience we have had. Billie and staff at Rent on Padre were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a Perfect stay! Now - as far as the condo goes, it was really lovely. The parking lot is gated but we never had to wait to enter. We were always able to park very near to the building. The elevator was a real plus, as the condo was located on the top floor. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The grounds, common building areas, pool areas (there are 3 lovely pools! And a little Tiki Bar.), boardwalk to the beach, etc were all perfectly clean at all times. Great staff! Swimming in the pool was great - and long walks on the beautiful beach were a real plus!The unit itself was phenomenal. Perfectly sized kitchen with everything needed. A large dining table area and stools by the counter provided lots of places to sit and enjoy a meal. The living room was comfortable and had a large easy to operate television. Each of the two bathrooms were perfectly appointed. The master bedroom was comfortable and had a great mattress. Also another TV for night viewing in bed. The second bedroom had a tv as well. Two bunk beds and a double bed. Each bedroom had a large closet which was great! The best part of the condo, though was the massive Lanai! It is facing the water and every morning we were treated to a beautiful sunrise. Hours of sitting on the covered lanai gazing at the water was all I needed to relax. Anyways, you get the picture! It was perfect and beautiful. I hope we can go back soon!
