Nice place with a great view!

It was a nice stay overall. The room was as described and had a great view. The hotel itself was a little dated, but they were actively doing construction to improve it. I wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. The fitness center was decent as well.

Just what I was looking for.

The facility was just as advertised. Clean, excellent condition of property. The host was very responsive. One thing I particularly like about this property is the quick and easy availability of meals at the pool.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite part. We spent a lot of time out there. Very nice pool, and beautiful beach. Nice size refrigerator. The 2 counter top burners were sufficient. No fan in bathroom, but we took short showers. Denis was responsive. Overall good value for the location. Would stay again.

The view of the beach was excellent but matress is old , chairs are unconfortable, internet is a nightmare it is humid inside and painting is falling off in several parts It smells old and not fresh clean In fact when I arrived first thing I did was wash all the linen and everithing in the kitchen plus the floor which really needs a thorough deep cleaning It is located near stores which is convenient but the facilities that the hotel offers are not what they say they are There is a poor pizzeria in the lower lobby and no proper restaurant within the site It is not a place for a long stay as I did The offer doesnt meet the price

The view was beautiful from the balcony, we could see the wonderful pool (very well kept) and ocean. It would have been nice to have a divider between balcony but was still great.

Winter Get Away From The Snow

Nice place to stay with ocean view and a pool. Some construction going on but the building needs it. The room was ok but needs some lighting. Murphy beds are a little small not quite queen size like we were told they were. Check in not so smooth but the front desk gave us a room at 1:30 am. Dont recommend checking in late at night. Valet parking needs to be called 1/2 hour in advance

Very nice view, very nice area "Sunny Isles"

Our views from the 10th floor were stunning and waking up to the sun over the ocean every day was perfect. For it being an older hotel everything was well kept the valet service was perfect just need to call ahead, the personnel on site was super to deal with. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to stay I would recommend this place

In die Jahre gekommen...

Der Vermieter Denis Stranart ist sehr hilfsbereit und löst Probleme sofort. Leider ist die Ferienwohnung "in die Jahre gekommen" und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Da die Wohnung im Hotel Ramada integriert ist, ist man direkt von der Hotelorganisation abhängig. Das war bei uns eine Katastrophe. Die beiden benachbarten Hotelzimmer (Normalbelegung: 2 Doppelbetten) wurden jeweils mit 6 brüllenden und grölenden Leuten belegt. Das war unerträglich. Der Publix-Supermarket wurde geschlossen, das Einkaufen ist ohne Auto schwierig.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, gros coup de coeur pour la vue sur la mer et également sur la ville. Nous avons bien profité du bacon ensoleillé que se soit pour le déjeuner ou l'Apéro..et cela pendant un mois! Le condo était propre et il contenait ce qu'il faut pour être confortable. Merci à Denis

Room very clean Large fridge, very and nice. You have everythink what you need. Large fridge, comfortable bed, everythink for cooking. View from balcony amazing. We was 3th time in this hotel, but diferent condo and stay 1 month. Definitely we would rent this unit (#2) again next year. Thanks Denis.

Für zwei Personen geeignet, WiFi funktioniert gar nicht oder nur sehr langsam. Service von Hotel-Rezeption bzw. Rental Office wenig hilfreich.

Worst place to stay

The room was fine except for the bed linens. They had stains all over and even the pillows had stains. Waited over 5 hours for the owner to resolve the issue so we decided to find another place to stay. Now the owner doesn't want to work with us on a resolution for a refund. I agreed to pay for 1day. Home away said you can dispute with my bank but it was denied. I will NEVER book with Dennis and will tell everyone I know about this. We did not expect a hotel with room service but we at least wanted a clean bed to sleep on. There was also garbage piled up in the hallway which the smell was unbelievable. The velvet parking is a joke. It took almost an hour to get our car when we decided to leave because they didn't understand what room we were in so they had our keys with the wrong room number. Stay away from this place.

Beautiful Views

Amazing views from the balcony, the resort is very well kept and exceeded any expectations. This unit was very clean and ready for our week's stay. Sitting on the balcony was so pleasant. The only thing I wish could have been different was the beach closed at sunset and we were asked to leave the beach that night (no fault of the owner), just city laws. Enjoyed it and definitely would rent this unit again.

Pour la deuxième année consecutive, nous avons passe un bon séjour dans les condos de Denis. Condo propre, fonctionnel et très bien placé au bord de la mer, superbe vue sur grande piscine et ocean.

Sunny Isles Beach Property

Denis Stranart, the owner of the unit we stayed in was a pleasure to deal with. Everything he said about the unit and the Hotel it is located in was true. The unit was clean and comfortable for our stay. The hotel staff is exceptionally nice as well.

Sunshine state vacation

Un séjour tout en luminosité car le studio offre une vue superbe avec une porte patio et balcon que nous avons profités au maximum. Le personnel de l'hôtel que ce soit au stationnement ou à la piscine est d'une courtoisie remarquable. Le propriétaire M. Stranart a répond très rapidement à nos courriels ou appel et un atout, il parle français. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Great value & Reliable owner

This unit is a great value. Right on the beach with a nice sized room with a kitchen. We stayed here December 28th-January 3rd. The only reason why it's not five stars is because the Ramada it's located in is quite average. We had trouble with the rental agent of the hotel regarding parking, but Denis the owner of the unit stepped up and made it right. Denis stayed in touch with all the information we needed throughout the stay. I would recommend any of his units because of his professionalism. There's a Publix Supermarket and a CVS in walking distance, so we totally stocked up for the week and made our own breakfast and lunch everyday and ate it on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Laundry in the basement. Good access to the beach. Sunny Isle is a little less crowded than the more southern beaches. It was a nice stay for us.

Clean. Great location. Nice beach

We stayed the last two weeks of december 2015. The Property is clean and is in a great area. Beaches are very nice, steps from pool. Pool area is well maintained. The building is in need of some minor repairs (mostly paint), but overall decent. The Staff is friendly. The workout room is outdated The room I rented from Denis was very clean and well maintained. Denis was very easy to work with and very easy to get a hold of. He responded to all of our messages same day. I would recommend this unit to a friend.

Very nice stay! Beautiful Condo!

I stayed in this Unit in the month of November 2015, the appartmet was really confortable, the view is incredible and the unit was very clean and nice. In addition the furniture of the appartment was in a good condition and the unit have all what you need to have a very nice stayed from the bath to the kitchen all what you need was there. The pool was very nice, clean, all the time you have chairs and umbrelas available, the pool space is quiet and very confortable for kids. The pool service from Ramada is great and very responsive. The beach access is perfect! The only remark from my side was that I contracted the appartment with the parking included and the rules of the condo changed before my entrance and I have to pay some amount in addition to access to the parking service; anyway, the parking is less expensive even than the publik parking in front of the Condo.

Had a wonderful time!

Many thanks to Denis for our wonderful and very comfortable staying in his unit!! It's very well maintained, the appliances and the furniture are new, there are chairs and the table for balcony, the beach umbrella, the kitchenette contribute to the convenience of staying at that particular unit. The unit is designed with style and for your comfort. Denis, thank you for your thoughtful attention, we definitely will be staying at your place again, and will recommend it to others!!

Easy way to go either to Miami Beach, Aventura mall or Hallandale Beach. No traffic jam. Very nice restaurants nearby.You do not have to cook all the time there is also one very good take-away italian restaurant in the building where you can order from 11am thru 11pm (pick-up or free delivery)
