Welcome to Majestic Sun 913B, a relaxing 9th-floor vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. This condo has a fresh, new feel, with everything from beds to décor, furniture, and appliances chosen to make your stay enjoyable.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, providing a comfortable space for cooking. The private balcony offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, sandy beaches, and stunning sunsets.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a dual vanity. The second bedroom has a welcoming queen-size bed, and the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. With a washer and dryer in the unit, this vacation rental can accommodate up to 6 guests for a pleasant beach getaway.

Enjoy the convenience of two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo, saving you from the daily fee charged by local beach service operators. Our on-site office is ready to assist you, located on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun.

Majestic Sun offers amenities like an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and a Gulf-facing fitness center. Easy beach access allows you to stroll across the street and enjoy the sugar-white sands or dine at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill. Centrally located, Majestic Sun is near a golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and various recreational activities. Take advantage of our discounted golf cart rentals during peak seasons, available for the entire length of your stay.

Parking passes are included based on the unit size, with additional passes available for a fee. Please note our age requirement of 25+, no pets policy, and strict no-smoking policy in common areas and balconies, including private balconies.

Feel free to inquire about monthly rates during the winter months. Experience a laid-back beach vacation at Majestic Sun 913B, where we've created a welcoming atmosphere for you to relax and enjoy your stay.

We loved the balcony overlooking the Gulf which was accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and throughout the Seascape property. The condo was very clean and it was a breeze working with Glass Casa!

April Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I fell in love with the gulf coast this week! The water was beautiful and the sand comfortable under my feet. I slept to the sound of the waves every night. The resort was a great location and easy to navigate to the music event. The process of checking in and out was easy. The customer service was excellent. I will be back again!

In need of some updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location & the layout, & the view are wonderful, but everything else was kind of average. We were told that the balcony would be unavailable at a point that it was too late to change condos, which was extremely disappointing, & also meant we had workmen on the balcony at times, which was a privacy issue. The a/c worked, but sounded like a jet engine every time it was running, which was about every 15 minutes during the day, and slightly less often overnight. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, likely due to a dishwasher that was not cleaning properly, as we found out when we used it. We did love that there were beach chairs in the unit and the furniture in the unit was clean & comfortable. The non-primary bathroom could use some updating, as the shower/tub door was difficult to open & close. Proximity to the beach was great, pool was nice but chairs at the pool could use updating. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Would stay in this tower again, but not this unit.

Amazing place

Great place to stay with wonderful people. Super clean! Everything as expected. One small setback with neighbors but security and office was very prompt in addressing the issue and had no further problems. Excellent!! We will be sure to come back!!

Wonderful condo with an amazing view! We are from Tallahassee and we often travel to the beaches along the coast of the Panhandle. This is one of our most favorite beaches! We love having The Whale’s Tail restaurant and bar on the beach when we get hungry and thirsty. The sand is so sugary and the water is clear. We watched dolphins and even saw a huge stingray jump out of the water here. My sister-in-law came to visit from Sweden and she said this beach is better than the ones they have in Greece. Great communication with the owner/mgmt. They even notified us after our stay about an item we may have left behind. They were so quick to respond by text to any question we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The only issue was visitors were putting parking cones up to save parking spaces. (Not cool). Other than that it was a great stay
