Accommodating up to 20 guests, indulge in the HEATED backyard swimming pool with a 120 sq. ft. tanning ledge, fire ring, and expansive game room and entertainment space. Enjoy stunning sunsets from our 360 Degree Upper Deck.

Located under a mile from the beach and just 15 minutes from town, this haven seamlessly blends relaxation and entertainment for an unforgettable getaway.

Indulge in the spacious interiors of our 6 bedrooms, each meticulously designed for comfort and style. The Palms offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, ensuring every guest finds their own sanctuary.

The main level provides four bedrooms, three of which boast en-suite full bathrooms, and a half bath in the hallway. The loft inside the upstairs serves as the fifth bedroom, and the ground-level floor serves as the sixth bedroom and game room, as well as an additional half bath, and consists of two twin size bunk beds, an air hockey table, ping pong table, and entertainment center. The game/bunk room also provides direct access to the swimming pool in the back yard.

Overall a nice, clean house and pool. Just note that the patio doors on the balcony don't lock, the latch to prop the door open is broken, the smoke alarm in the master bedroom was hanging and the patio doors in the game room did not lock either. However, even with these small issues, the house and pool were nice and clean. I would book the house again and hope that these small issues are fixed.

Hi Sonia, I appreciate the 5 star review and so glad yall had a great time! The doors for both upstairs and in the game room work as intended, they just lock differently than standard doors because they're hurricane rated. We also leave a QR code next to the upstairs doors with instructions but we encourage our guests to reach out if they run into any questions or issues so we can get them resolved ASAP. Awesome Beach Trip

My group of friends stayed here for a weekend get away. The house was super clean when we arrived. There are so many beds and tons of games to play downstairs. We comfortably slept 17 people. Tons of space inside and outside. It was a very private and quiet neighborhood. Host was quick to reply and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the house is kinda far from downtown Galveston, about a 25-30 minute drive.

A great experience

I booked this property to host family and friends for a graduation celebration. It’s a beautiful house, wonderful location, and the owners were very easy to deal with — clear communication and quick response times. They even surprised us by decorating the downstairs game room with “Congrats graduate!” banners, etc. That was such a nice touch. I will definitely book with them for my next trip to Galveston.

Location Location Location

Quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood. Best bird watching you’ll get! They’re loud and fantastic! Took the family over spring break and while it wasn’t as warm as we would have liked it we still had an amazing stay. Beach access is right across from the subdivision entrance. Beach was quiet and water warm :) if you’re looking for the hustle and bustle of town it’s about 30 away- this was perfect for us. We would go in the morning to The Strand or Moody Gardens and head back “home” in the afternoon. The home is decorated in a super fun and comfortable way. We did have some issues with one of the showers, but Aaron was great to communicate with throughout our stay and got this fixed right away. There is a ton of space to spread out and play, read, cook etc. one thing to keep in mind is that the “rec room” is located underneath the main home and only accessible through an exterior entrance. This is not going to be an issue with older teens - but it does have direct access to the pool. It totally makes sense with the way home are built on stilts, and was not a concern for us. Just a heads up if your thinking smaller children would stay down there. The home was clean and beds comfy, we didn’t make use of the fire pit or pool but both looked like a great time! One last thing - the deck was my favorite! No matter the time of day or direction of wind. One suggestion to the owners is to get more seating up there :)
