* Huge outdoor deck area with seating for all guests including lounge chairs and porch gliders. * Living Area with comfortable seating and sofa surrounding large-screen Smart TV. * DIning Area with Spacious Dining Table and Seating at Kitchen Bar * Spacious Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for our guests. * Kitchen Area has granite countertops * Cabinets are filled with plenty of glassware and plates for your entire group. Drawers are filled with eating utensils and kitchen utensils to help you prepare any meal. Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, refrigerator, counter-top ice maker, and lots of pots and pans including large shrimp boil pot. * Coffee bar is set up with combination drip/Keurig coffee maker and creamers and sweeteners. We provide Keurig coffee pods for our guests. * Cleaning supplies in the laundry room along with Bona mop, broom, vacuum, and step ladder.

Dogs are welcome. More than one must be approved by the host. $150 pet fee per animal.

The refund policy for Twin Palms Paradise is Firm INCLUDING natural disasters. If a hurricane hits, and your reservation has to be cancelled, we WILL NOT REFUND unless you purchased trip insurance. Trip insurance can be purchased directly from me -- the policy is issued by NATIONWIDE Mutual Insurance Companies and Affiliated Companies, Columbus Ohio.

16th Birthday Celebration
We had an amazing time celebrating our son’s 16th birthday with family and friends. The home is spacious offering everyone a place to sleep. The teenagers loved the game room and having their own space to hangout while my husband and I had the quiet main level to sit out on the deck. The home is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun beach vacation. The views from the deck were amazing and the boys loved fishing right off the beach. There was even a small fenced in area for our dog. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay!

Yearly vacation
Had a wonderful time with son and his family. Beach time was perfect and so was the weather even though it was hot. House was awesome but not quite as elderly friendly as we needed. My husband walks with a cane and I have hip issues and the stairs gave us a fit. We will ask more questions about layout next time. Grab bar in at least one shower would be a plus. The teens had a great time and that was the whole point. Thanks helping us make great family memories!

🌊 Why I Chose the Sea Isle Neighborhood I selected the Sea Isle neighborhood because it truly offers the best of both worlds for families and guests seeking a serene beach escape. Nestled far enough from the hustle and bustle of town, Sea Isle’s beaches remain uncrowded and pristine, with beautiful dunes, natural seagrass, and a private walkway that leads directly to the shore.
Our home sits on a double lot, offering ample space for children to play and families to relax.
What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is its welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and the tranquility that comes from having a peaceful, gorgeous stretch of beach almost to yourself. It’s a place where you can unwind and create lasting memories with loved ones.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Twin Palms Paradise is on a double lot with the most SPECTACULAR view of the beachfront. We have a private walkover to the beach and our house is 5-star clean ALL THE TIME. All the furniture is in great shape, and very clean. EVERYTHING is clean and bright. Other homes in the area don't hold a candle to St. Gemma Properties.
