This beautiful 700 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 comfortably and is 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms with a private balcony. Premium Internet Wifi included with the condo, and paired with smart televisions makes this the perfect spot to relax after a long day on the beach! Located in the heart of South Padre Island, this complex has private beach access to the east and a 1-Block walk to the main strip and Restaurants to the west. (Free public transportation available on the Island)

Aquarius Condominium Community offers a variety of features to enhance your tropical getaway. On the first floor you will find a game/exercise room with a large ping-pong table, exercise equipment and views of the breathtaking ocean. The community coin / credit card operated washer and dryers ensure a comfortable stay for many nights and the $3.00 large bags of ice for sale add to your experience.

Sleeping:
The master bedroom is perfect for a break from an activity filled day. Rest on the hybrid memory foam King Bed with a large 52” ceiling fan to stay cool and 42” wall mounted smart television with cable service. Additional features include night stands with lamps, a large dresser, and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is equipped with a large full size double bunk bed and hybrid memory foam mattresses (Limit 250 lbs per bed) with a large 52” ceiling fan to stay cool. Enjoy the 42” wall mounted smart television with cable service. Access to the balcony through the sliding glass door makes this a perfect spot to soak in the island air. Additional features include a dresser for storage and a walk-in closet.
Kitchen:

Easily move around the open fully stocked kitchen while you whip up your favorite meals and drinks. Stock up the 3 shelf pantry with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay. There is with bar style seating for 4 around the kitchen island. The beautiful stainless steel appliances and Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker (stocked with k-cups of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate) will make you feel right at home during your stay.

Bathroom:

Freshen up in the quaint guest bathroom with a lovely tile walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Fresh 100% Turkish Cotton bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are stocked with complementary hand soap and bath tissue. The second half bath is convenient when the main bathroom is in use.

Living Room:

Relax in the spacious living room with western, Bay facing, large patio doors, which are perfect to view the amazing evening sunsets. Furnished beautifully with a large queen size sleeper sofa and two large chairs all facing the wall mounted 55” smart television with cable and a 52” ceiling fan for comfort.

Enjoy fireworks on the balcony Thursday & Friday evenings @ 9:15 p.m. (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend with Thursday nights beginning June 6th) over the Laguna Madre Bay.

- $135.00 Cleaning Fee per stay.
- Towel exchange service is not provided but the complex offers self laundry services on the first floor. Housekeeping is serviced at the end of each stay.

On the Complex:

Step outside into the spacious courtyard adorned with palm trees to enhance your tropical escape. The huge beachfront sparkling pool sits front and center surrounded by lounge chairs. Multiple pool-side picnic areas with BBQ grills are scattered around the courtyard. Enjoy direct ocean access to the sandy beach and crystal clear ocean. In the evening unwind in the hot tub as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

If you decide to leave Aquarius Condominium Community for a bite to eat or to explore shops, you are a short walk away from the main strip. Discover local favorite eateries nearby including: Daddy’s Seafood & Cajun Kitchen, Louie's Backyard, Senior Donkeys, Badabing Bagels and Palm Street Pier.

If you wish to experience adventures further along the island, take advantage of the city’s free transportation on The Island Metro. On the north side of the island experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island’s World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Beach Park at Isla Blanca waterpark with both outdoor and indoor water features and rides. Osprey Cruises and Isla Tours offer adventures out on the Bay, including dolphin spotting and parasailing. Come down and play with us on South Padre Island!
