A dog friendly town with a big music and arts scene. The Stone Pony venue can be seen from our balconies so you may get lucky enough to catch an outdoor concert!

Ocean Grove is a historical and quaint Victorian seaside town with quirky shopping nestled amongst the rows of dolls house style buildings and on the Main Street. Ocean Grove beach is a 3 minute walk. This is a dry town with BYOB restaurants or take the short walk over the bridge to Asbury Park to mix it up.

All TVs are Smart TV’s with multiple streaming apps that you may log into. There is high speed broadband WIFI, with multiple access points, providing 300Mbps throughout the house.

Rain or shine, this house has large rooms with activities for endless family fun and secluded corners for reading, board games and relaxing.

All 6 bedrooms have luxury amenities including Nectar mattresses with Brooklinen sheets and towels.

BEDROOM 1 is on the first floor off the main living area with a queen bed.
BEDROOM 2 is on the second floor with a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, closet / office space with a desk for remote work, and a large private balcony overlooking the water and Asbury Park Casino.
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 are also on the 2nd floor and connected by a jack and jill bathroom. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and twin up top. The other room has two twins.
BEDROOMS 5 & 6 are on opposite sides of the third floor with vaulted ceilings. One has two twin beds while the other a queen bed with another private balcony.

Separating the bedrooms on the third floor is also a small office / hangout area.

Our property is located directly between Asbury Park and Ocean Grove along Lake Ave which is a carless pathway on the edge of Wesley Lake in Ocean Grove. It is easily accessible by both train and car.

While Lake Ave offers an extraordinarily safe and scenic experience when you're at the property, it does not have dedicated parking on site and requires a small walk to and from your vehicle for parking. There is parking options available in both towns and we provide a small buggy to help carry belongings back and forth to your vehicle.

Ocean Grove offers free parking along the boardwalk and all around town. For the closest walk to our property you should park along Seaview Ave, specifically between Beach & Central Aves if you can. The northern end of town near the Great Auditorium fills up quickly. If you are having trouble finding a parking spot, try the west and south side of town. Ocean Grove is only a square mile in size, making it bike and walking friendly!

Asbury Park offer metered on street parking and 4 pay-to-park lots. The best location in Asbury Park is the lot directly in front of the Asbury Park Casino. When looking out one of our porches, this lot is directly in front of you across the water. To walk to and from this lot, you can go around the lake by the boardwalk or use the first bridge making it a breeze.

If traveling by train we are a quick 0.6 mile walk from NJ Transit's Asbury Park train station.

Our home is the large blue house with an ETON sign above the ground floor porch along Lake Ave (the waterfront path along Wesley Lake between Beach and Central Aves). The easiest way to find us is to navigate to 23 Seaview Ave and then walk along the left side of that house to reach your property at 20 Lake Ave.
