Second house from the beach, one of the best vacation locations in town. 6 bedrooms , 2.5 baths, outdoor shower, and heated Inground Salt water Pool! Ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors, very large wrap around covered porch. Just close enough to enjoy Jenkinson's amusement pier, weekly fireworks in the summer, family events and restaurants..

House Manual:
- no diving in the pool, it;s only 6 feet at the deepest so hurt you will get. Watch kids at all times, no running , NO GLASS BY POOL have plastic cups in the cupboard! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
-Please do not leave pool toys/water guns/plastic blowups or stuffed animals etc.. there will be a $25 charge for us to dispose of them.
-Parking for up to five cars in driveway. Shared driveway, park only on our side. Be considerate of the neighbors.
-Strictly: no smoking inside or on porch or deck, if smoking in yard pickup your butts and dispose of.
-Only toilet paper in toilets, no tampons or wipes people, please comply unless you want to call roter rooter to fix the logical clog in the old waste pipes.:(
-Garbage out Sunday and Wed night for early morning pickup Monday am and Thurs am. recycling out Tuesday night loose in garbage cans(located by fence door) for Wednesday am pickup. Critical .. if you are staying at the house, take out the trash! :) Additional charge of $50 for non compliance.
- No pets - no subletting
- TV : use “all on” button to turn on cable and tv
- When you leave please shut off all lights, ac units on 73 degress and fans off plus make sure windows and doors are locked. Unplug coffee maker etc and load and run dishwasher if you have dirty dishes on checkout day.
TAKE ALL OF YOUR GARBAGE OUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
- If you move the furniture, inside or out, put it back where you found it before you leave.
- Bring paper products,garbage bags, etc. We start you out but please bring to ensure you have enough for your stay.
- Bring your own sheets and towels. Sheets and towels provided for extra charge , please inquire.
Pool is cleaned on Friday in preparation for July and August weekly, Saturday to Saturday rentals. If you are staying for shorter stays May, June ad September when the pool is open we would be happy to coordinate extra cleaning for your arrival for $130.please let us know at least two weeks before your check in date.
