Stunning villa overlooking the calm turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea, with views of Antiparos Island. Anavatos Villa Complex is in the South of the island, just minutes from Faragas beach - the place to be in Paros! Faragas beach is naturally protected from winds and has some of the calmest and clearest waters in Paros, with a lively bar/restaurant scene and organized water sports.

The home is cycladic architecture, with modern and tasteful furnishings, including local and international art. Newly built construction, sleeps 6 comfortably (2 queen beds and 2 convertible full beds) with a fully equipped kitchen. Amazing outdoor area where you can enjoy family dinners and a glass of wine, with the cool breeze of the Aegean sea. Beautiful olive trees and white stones line the garden where children can play and adults can watch sun sets and starry nights on lounge chairs.

Paros island has it all, fantastic beaches, incredible food, charming towns, amazing nightlife, and warm people!

Great!

The house is newly decorated and perfectly equipped. Everything works well in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.. The view is stunning. We couldn't find a better place for our stay in Paros.

Magnificent view and house

We were a French family of four and we stayed in the house in Summer 2016. The house, situated in a condominium, was perfect, the owners very kind and helpful. It is situated on a high hill that offers magnificent view on the sea. The area is very close to beaches and very nice restaurants. I can only recommend it !

Charming home typical from cycladique islands

The home features and the view were very amazing. The kitchen was very well equiped and air conditionning system silent and efficient. Owner representative nammed Petros was nice and available. A single reserve: a little bit far from the beach.

Unsere Woche auf Paros in diesem wunderbaren, sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Haus war sehr erholsam. Die Lage und der Blick sind großartig! Ohne Auto/Motorrad ist man allerdings aufgeschmissen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände, Restaurants etc. erreicht man nur motorisiert. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen standen sie jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Family in Paros

The property has wonderful views of the water and much of the island. The outside areas are lovely for a bite or just to relax. Inside is nice as well, clean and comfortable. Its location is off the beaten path which we liked, but close to Farangas beach which, from our experience, was the best beach on the island. My only criticisms on the property are: 1) initially it is difficult to find which home is yours, there are several in the complex and two at the #2 where this is (we actually could've been charged with 'breaking and entering' twice for walking into the wrong home). It's also up an EXTREME hill that's one lane and very curvy, the car we rented barely barely made it up. We basically had to floor it and pray no one was coming the other way.

Wonderful place - very remote

The place is even nicer than on the pictures, very well equipped, with a lot of details and extras. When booking be aware of the following: - no WIFI no TV, often not even enough net to go with your mobile phone online - no problem for us as we wanted it this way, but just to be aware of before. - the street to the house is very steep, and entering by car requires good driving skills - hence no drinking in town:-) - Golden Beach is 10 minutes by car, shops in Aliki and Dryos about 7 minutes by car. Communication with the owners goes very smooth. We enjoyed the place and will be back.

Lovely house with a stunning view

Lovely house with a stunning view. We were two couples and stayed for eight nights in July. If you’re not familiar with Paros, the house is located at the southern end in a quiet location, away from the traffic and tourists in Paroikia and Naoussa. It’s still easy to drive up to those towns if you want a night out. The closest towns, about 5 minutes drive, are Alyki and Piso Alyki. There you can find tavernas and even a small supermarket that has most items you’ll need to stock your frig. The house is really nice and comfortable. It must have been built in the last few years, so having the updated kitchen and bathrooms are a real treat. Having a washer/dryer was also a great convenience. A hanging clothes rack was provided so you can use it for your beach towels, bathing suits etc., or for air drying your clean laundry. The kitchen has the essentials and there is a BBQ grill outside if you’re so inclined. We stayed in and cooked/BBQ’d about half our nights there and found everything we needed. Eating outside on the veranda at sunset is a must. We had a few mishaps with housekeeping (damp towels at check-in, towels not dried properly the day the housekeepers visited, bed sheets may have been in storage and smelled musty). However, I have communicated these issues to the owners and they explained that they are in the process of finding new housekeepers, so future guests should not have the same issues we did. NOTE: If you are not fluent in Greek, please make sure you let the owners know so that they can possibly arrange for a different manager to assist at check-in and check-out, as ours spoke only Greek. I speak a little Greek so we managed with a bit of difficulty. It would have been impossible otherwise. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the beautiful island of Paros very much. If the owners do remedy the few issues we had, your stay should be most enjoyable and relaxing.

Location Location Location !

Great villa - situated in the middle (south) of Paros - amazing beach in Faraggas - great food in Alyki - extremely safe for families and kids. The villa is situated in a villa complex - Annavatos (or smth like this) - overseeing the majestic Aegean - you can see Naxos and Antiparos from the balcomies and very spacious yards. Great owners - the welcome wine was a great touch (and taste!). Highly recommend it for the adults and families with kids. Thank you for the experience.

WOW!

Coming for Belgium to visit Greece for the first time - I did expect to find beauty. Staying in the Aliki / Faraggas area and in this villa made the whole experience unforgetful. Great home - great space for adults and for families. Great owners - great personailities. Stunning views - very close to Alyki - best seafood in Paros - and above Faraggas - the most popular beach (for serious tourists) in Paros - do visit the taverna on the beach ! Location was fantastic right in the middle of the island - you reach any destination in any direction in 20 or so minutes. Would stay there again.

beautiful home - beautiful country

The country is blessed with natural beauty like no other. Paros is a stunning island. Our experience was amazing stayin in this villa with two kids - they loved the crystal clear waters of Faraggas - loved the sunsets and breezy nights. Enjoyed sea sports as well and definitely the taverna on the beach as well - great polished crowds - a great and quality experience.

Great super cute home with stunning views ! The house sits above the best beach in Paros - Faraggas - travelled with family - kids loved it ! we adults loved it ! Great owners and service - highy recommend it - I am booking it again next year ! You need a car.

Nice and so quiet House, with a fantastic sunset view.... everything is brand new ; equiped kitchen is perfect ,2 bathrooms, very cute rooms; a place to forget your problems and to enjoy a very good moment in a very nice island: a quiet spot.
