Our brand new Villa in Paros ( Paros Afrodite Luxury Villas ), designed in the traditional Cycladic architectural style, both internally and externally. The villa has private pool and large covered terrace, which includes a barbecue area, is surrounded by marble columns and stone The Terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the neighbouring island of Antiparos and other aegean islands. In the garden there is also a traditional Cycladic stone oven.
The Villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. The ground floor consists also a kitchen, dining and living area featuring an open fireplace with a sofa bed. The two bedrooms and one bathroom, are individual areas are separated by brick arches.
All windows and external doors are fitted with mosquito repellent netting.
This beautiful buildings are situated on a hilltop in Aliki village (Makria Miti) offering panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. It is the ideal place to enjoy that view of Antiparos, Aliki and the neighboring islands.
You’ll enjoy the convenience of being close to Aliki, a fishing village renowned for its seaside tavernas, restaurants and boutique shops.There is a parking there is camera at the parking spot entrance and at the garden land area and space for your car and a house for your dog.
A few meters from the villas and within walking distance besides the beautiful beaches very close from the villas you will find traditional tavernas, restaurants, shops, bars, various favours, recreational athletics, water sports.

Honeymoon

The house is charming and comfortable! The host made sure we had everything we needed and even made us cookies. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay, this is it.

Beautiful Villa Aphrodite

We had a great stayed at Villa Aphrodite, close to beaches and great taverns I will highly recommend a car to fully enjoy all Paros has to offer. The villa is fully equipped and the outdoor area was delightful with great views of Antiparos. Arsenios was very attentive and courteous at all time and offered great recommendations to make the most of our visit.

Very nice stay at this beautiful villa. Arsenis is the perfect host.

The host gave us a lot of helpful informations. The villa was almost brand new with nice furniture and a beautiful pool. The area is very quiet. We would always rent this house again.

Beautiful small villa close to everything but yet private!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa was the perfect size for a family of 3 to 4 even with teenage daughter. We enjoyed the pool during the times we weren’t at the beach. It’s a short distance from everywhere but we had a car which also made it very easy to get around. The owner was very friendly and offered lots of suggestions and around the area, highly recommend .

Peaceful with great view!

Wonderful property with a beautiful view of sunset and sunrise. Arseni was a great host, accessible and helpful. If your looking for a more peaceful side of Paros, this is it . The town nearby is quaint and quiet and there are two beautiful beaches walking distance from the house.

Beautiful villa

Spacious, clean and lovely villa overlooking Antiparos. We (a family of 4) spent 5 nights there. It's located just outside of Aliki. I would recommend having a car, although you could walk to town. Beautiful outside space.

Beautiful family villa. Super clean & lovely pool. Everything you need for a long stay or short. Owner very accommodating & friendly, welcomes you with a bottle of wine, bowl of fruit, homemade Greek cookies! There is a very long walk , very steep hill to town, if you like to hike it's great, otherwise you do need a car. Aliki is extremely cute with lots of small charter boats to take you around. I would come back!

Great accommodation in Aliki.

The villa suited us fine. As a family of 4 there was ample room. The pool was a wonderful bonus with the hot days we experienced. Access to town and coast was only minutes away. You definitely need a car if you are staying at this property or in Aliki, but it’s so worth it. Aliki is a slice of heaven away from the crowds. Armenis was very helpful and accommodating,

Quiet & Clean with Wonderful Host

Arsenios’ villa was a perfect size for my wife and me - very clean with all needed amenities. A/C and pool were great to cool off after a day touring or the beach. The fishing village is beautiful with 2 restaurants recommended by Arsenios - Mouragio & Aliui. Great fish, seafood, lamb, & wine at both places. The villa is in a quiet location at the top of a steep hill. The walk to town is a bit long. We drove to the bottom of the hill then the 10 minute walk to town was beautiful and safe.

Loved Paros

Beds pillows comfy, great shower pressure. We loved our stay. Host left us a welcome bottle of wine, home made cookies, fruit,and some coffee pods. The closest beach is just down the hill and we enjoyed our walk into town which was about a kilometre The view was amazing and loved the pool and outdoor patio sitting area. Our host was most helpful and easy to communicate with and he helped us to speak with our car rental agency to allow us to leave the car at the airport as we picked it up at the ferry terminal. Great spot and beautiful sunsets.

Nice little house, on the top of a fishing village

Calm, easy access, nice view and perfect small fishing port! Pity no hot tub/ spa tub as detailed twice in the description! Never manage to use the air conditioning but it wasn’t necessary! The washing machine has a tricky door!

The days in Paros with a great stay

We went to Paros island for a few days in the beggining of Octomber for a few days with my family. The wheather was fantastic and we enjoy the sandy beaches and the sun of the area and we liked a lot the Greek restaurants in Aliki village . Paros and Aliki is a small gem ,perfect for families and coulpes who want to relax and enjoy a Greek island. The villa has all the equipment tha you can asked with nice bedrooms ,kitchen,private pool ,barbeque and privacy but the best part is the view . We stay a lot of evenings there swimming in the pool and look at the sea having also some dinners. The owner was a great person that give us a lot of informatios from the area and some beautiful tips like local tavernas and small private beaches, great great stay.

Lovely villa, excellent views, great location

Aliki is in a beautiful, quiet corner of Paros. The villa itself is well designed and has everything you could need - plus beautiful sea and sunset views. It’s within walking distance of 4 beaches and a 15/20 minute walk to the village itself. Aliki village has a supermarket, tourist shops and plenty of seafront bars and restaurants. The walk back is up a steep hill, which was no problem for us but which would be hard for young children or if done in the heat of the day. We did hire a car for a couple of days to explore this beautiful island but now that Uber has arrived in Paros you could manage without. The villa owner is a great communicator and very helpful and friendly. Recommended!

Secluded and Comfortable

No real complaints - Just a note.....it was really windy when we were there so the pool as too cold to swim and lots of dirt and leaves were in it. I wish there was an option to heat the pool. The host was very nice, we had to meet him at his hotel first to pick up the key and that took some time away from our visit. The location was fantastic. Aliki is by far our favorite town on Paros. The house itself was perfect for us. Just enough room (didn't even need the second room but it was nice to have it.) When we needed more towels, they were promptly brought to us and the kitchen was the perfect size to make breakfast every morning. The view of the blue lagoon was incredible and the lounge chairs were very comfortable. We would stay here again or at any of Arsenios' properties.

A wonderful little villa!

The villa is located on a hill outside of Alyki. While the town may technically be within walking distance, it involves a very steep sustained hill which would be difficult to walk. I recommend a rental car. There is a small beach but sand quality is not great. Parking was easy everywhere we went. The villa is small, but accommodated two couples adequately for a few days and the outside space is ample.There is no dishwasher. The kitchen has all the other amenities to make simple meals. The villa is a duplex and attached to another villa property. We believe it was empty during our stay, so not a problem for us. The host is very responsive to messages. The hot water circuit tripped while we were there, and we were without hot water for the last day of our stay.

Paros Villa

Paros is a lovely island and chosen in part because the Villa looked amazing. And the Villa we got was amazing....just not the one that is advertised here on Home Away. There appear to be four different homes on the property and you will not know which one you get until check in. Apparently, according to the owner I am the only guest who has ever noticed or mentioned the discrepancy. Which I found to be a bit of a stretch. He insisted we were getting a better home and couldn't fathom what we didn't like. And truthfully, it was an amazing spot. My only point to him was that this was not the house advertised or promised thru Home Away. He offered to refund my money and I could get a hotel room somewhere else on the island and I found this ridiculous since I had just traveled 20 hours from the US. That all being said....the villa we stayed in 'was' a great place. Hands down a perfect little villa for relaxing and enjoying Paros. The views are endless and the home itself is clean and close to the village of Aliki. You will need a car for sure and grocery shopping at nearby markets is easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Paros and would recommend this property. Just confirm with the owner which home you are expecting to stay in.

A dream holiday in an idyllic place!

First time in Paros and it was amazing for me and my family (2 adults + 3 kids). Idyllic place, beautiful beaches, delicious food, and super comfortable villa with an amazing view and a super kind owner always ready to help you! We really enjoy our stay and recommend highly this villa!

Excellent Villa

Very well built and comfortable home with a view to the blue lagoon. Arsenis was helpful when we were delayed with our check in due to our own rental car. A car is helpful in this location. We could walk to the beach but needed transportation to go further. Definitely recommend the Folklore Art Museum of Cycladic Civilization and dining on the water in Aliki.
