Great first season on to season 2!! “Isle Sandgria”- Multiple family, pet friendly home waiting to create new memories for your family and friends! Great location for privacy and space! Sunset and Jinx waterway views, with platform dock for Kayak or jet ski launch during high tide only! Area of Ocean Isle not crowded. Spacious home with open plan and 5 bedrooms and 1 office with daybed and trundle. 4 and 1/2 baths! We supply beach towels, cart and umbrella……..Come and enjoy!! We have a large family and have used for reunions and fun for all. We are located on Isle Plaza a beautiful safe street not on heavy traffic street for safety and our deck space is wonderful.

Perfect vacation home for our family
Our family of four plus our dog loved everything about this home - the furnishings, quiet street, proximity to the beach, screened-in porches with fans… Great communication with the owner. Exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

This home was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed all the wonderful emenities this hime offered. CC was a wonderful host. She walked me through all the little extra perks. Anything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there. I highly recommend booking and staying in this magnificient home. I will most definitely book again.

The house came equipped with everything we needed for a family vacation. Two beach wagons, beach towels and toys. The kitchen included all needed appliances and was very well organized. After a day at the beach our grandkids had a great time fishing from the dock. There was also a fenced in backyard for our dog. The owner was friendly and responsive. We definitely hope to return in the future.

We had a great week staying at the property. Everything was as advertised...in fact the owners under-sell the property and amenities. CC (owner) is great and awesome with communication. We had a minor issue with the AC, and they went out of their way to assure our comfort.Hope to be back!

Great location and wonderful rooms! Great for a large group of adults. Downstairs room was a bit hot so we avoided using it. Thank you for letting us use your house! We had a wonderful experience.

Excellent house!

This is the most well appointed beach house we’ve ever rented and we’ve rented a lot over the years. As CC the host made clear she wanted to make this a home away from home instead of just a beach rental. From the kitchen to the bedrooms to the house common areas to things to take to the beach, everything was provided. And all of very good quality. We could not find anything that it lacked. The property is superbly decorated inside and out. In fact, some in our party asked to live there. The beach is only a short walk away. Lastly, the hosts were extremely communicative and responded quickly to questions. We will not hesitate to rent this property in the future.

Family Beach Trip

The house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Very spacious, clean, exceptionally well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed relaxing and dinners on the patios and the fenced yard was perfect for the kids and fur baby.It was a very short walk to the beach access and a nice stroll to city center. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Weekend

This was the perfect home to accommodate our large family for a Thanksgiving getaway. The owner was wonderful to work with throughout the process. The home was stocked with plenty of items for hosting a family gathering.

Everything you need and more!

This is a beautiful home fully stocked with all the essentials to ensure a great vacation. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The hosts are a true pleasure to work with and make you feel welcome the moment you connect with them. I will say if you’re in the habit of letting kids run around or partying, this is not the place for you. This home deserves respectful guests who appreciate the care and time the owners have put into it. We hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful property and thoughtful owner

Unfortunately, we chose to stay in the area when Tropical storm Debby was making her way up the East Coast, but the family enjoyed the time during the week indoors, enjoying the amenities provided by the property and its owner, CC. From the time we arrived, CC checked in with us on an ongoing basis to make sure that we were okay and answer our questions. But the highlight was CC allowing us to stay an extra night, since the weather wasn't going to be good until Saturday when we were originally scheduled to leave. So we were able spend the day on Saturday touring the area and Myrtle Beach, and enjoying the sunshine. We left on Sunday morning and my family have nothing by praises for CC. Thank you CC for making our vacation special, in spite of the weather!

Absolutely Great

This house was PERFECT !!! Everything was spotless. The host provided everything you could think of from beach towels, canoes, bicycles, etc. The kitchen had everything imaginable. This house had 6 BR & 6 BA. which could accommodate a large family. They also allowed small pets & the back yard was fenced in. I will most definitely stay next year & this fall if we get to go fishing. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed !!!!!!! Beautiful home!!!! Susan McCaslin

Wonderful Experience

What a wonderful week at OIB!! The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. There is even an extra refrigerator downstairs which is a major plus. When we got there we were surprised to see our beds already had the sheets on them. We usually have to do that ourselves. Every bathroom has a hairdryer and small bottles of shampoo, body wash, and lotion. The teenagers loved the outside shower right outside their room. Beach towels are provided so you do not have to pack them. It’s not a bad walk to the beach and there is a beach cart already there. We rented golf carts which make your trips to the beach must faster and easier. There’s a beach access for golf carts close by. The outside deck is so comfortable to hang out after eating supper. A couple of the decks are screened in which keeps the mosquitoes away. CC is a wonderful hostess. She is easy to contact and responds quickly.

Wonderful family reunion vacation

Absolutely loved renting this house. We had family dinners and barbecues. We sat outside on the porch in the shade. The beach was close enough to walk, though we also rented golf carts for convenience moving around the island. There were two kayaks for paddling the intercoastal waterway. The house was clean and well-stocked. Overall, we give our highest review. Cant wait to stay here again.

Amazing Beach Home

Our family had the privilege of being Cici’s and George’s first guests in their first Ocean Isle rental home. And that’s exactly what it was: a privilege. Cici and George had anticipated everything a family would need for an amazing beach vacation. If they missed something, we didn’t find it. The home was spacious and comfortable with great outdoor space both upstairs and downstairs. We had most of our meals at home. The kitchen had every appliance, pot, pan, utensil and dinner ware we needed. The outdoor activities were just as well stocked: kayaks, bicycles, corn hole. When we weren’t on the beach, we were on one of the well-furnished decks. Speaking of the beach, the owners took care of that as well. Chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon were all provided. The beach had both a public access way and a flat handicapped access way within 5–10-minute walking distance. If we had any questions about the home, the beach or the island, Cici and George provided us with all the right answers. How much did we enjoy our stay? We’ve booked another week.

Isle Plaza is a wonderful street with additional space between the homes and a wonderful view of Jinx Creek and the water way. It is a great place to go see the sunset at the end of the street. The home is open and never feels crowded.

Wide open and in a part of OIB that allows safe access to the beach without being over crowded. The spacious layout, size of rooms and large back deck without another house right there makes it ideal for families to enjoy.
