• This property is a cozy accommodation with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 queen-size bed that can accommodate up to 2 guests.
• It is perfect for couples, solo trips, or even for work purposes.
• You will have access to a complete studio with all the necessary amenities.
• The property also boasts beautiful garden views and beach access, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the tropical surroundings.
• Additionally, there is a private entrance and shared patio or balcony, as well as a shared backyard (not fully fenced) equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for guests to enjoy.

Whether you are looking to relax or have some outdoor fun, this property accommodates all your needs. Overall, this house is a great choice for guests who want a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach.

Getting around in Jax Beach is best done by car or bike. There are a lot of great shops and restaurants up and down the beach, so I recommend you have a car to explore it all. But we are walking distance to the ocean and plenty of great restaurants, so you could manage on foot as well if need be.

Overall, we haven't heard of any issues with Uber or Lyft finding the location so that should be an option as well!

We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal. Please note the pet rules below:

Pet Rules
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms.
- Pets must not be left alone in the home unless securely crated.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and remove any excessive pet hair to the best of their ability before check-out.
- Please ensure pets’ paws are clean before entering the house
- Do not use household towels, linens, or bedding for pets.
- Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
 
(Note that any pet-related damage, including chewing, scratching, stains, or extra cleaning, will result in an additional charge.)

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.

We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:

Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F

***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the property or in any outdoor areas***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
