Escape to Tulipwood Cabin, a modern-meets-rustic retreat tucked into 35 acres of forest. Just 10 minutes from Carbondale, this cozy getaway feels worlds away.

THE SPACE
Relax in the open living area with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and fireplace. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) and enjoy meals at the dining table.

The bedroom features a plush king bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower plus washer/dryer. Board games and books are provided for cozy nights in.

Step outside to your private deck with forest views. Soak in the hot tub, fire up the charcoal grill, or gather around the fire pit with complimentary firewood.

This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I for a long weekend. It is close to town yet far enough away to be quiet. The hot tub was so relaxing and we even saw some deer out in the woods behind the cabin. It was cozy and we definitely plan on coming back in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, excellent communication, and excellent accommodations. This was exactly what I was looking for, a quiet location in the woods. The property is lovely and they have even created trails on the property to hike, so much I took full advantage of. I highly recommend this location and plan to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing. We felt like we really did get away, but we were still close to town if we needed anything. I think this was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on at a VRBO rental. My only complaint would be the couch--I think it's time to replace it because it was not the most comfortable to sit on. Even with that, I'm still giving this 5 stars. We are already talking about coming back. The place was clean and cozy. Well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. We didn't use the hot tub due to the weather. I would recommend!

My Birthday getaway

The cabin was perfect! Has all the amenities you need!! The decor was fabulous! It definitely is a cabin in the woods. It was a very peaceful getaway. Which is what I wanted. Hiking trail right in the back of the property. Giant city state park is close by with lots of hiking trails. So I hiked during the day and sat in the hot tub. It was a perfect ending to the day. Plenty of firewood to have a fire in the evening too. Saw a deer in back of the cabin and I havenā€™t seen so many stars in a long time. All and all if you need to escape and just get away this is a wonderful place to do just that!
