This charming 3-bedroom 2.5 bath cottage has an open floor plan with fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, island and walk in pantry.

The cottage is single story featuring a Queen room with en suite. A King room that shares a luxury en suite with a bedroom room having 2 twin beds. Off the kitchen is a bar area and a half bath, mud room and laundry room. You can access the outdoor deck from the kitchen or the bar area. Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room with a framed TV and fireplace.


Home features flat screen TV’s in the master bedroom, living room and outdoor area with fast Wi-Fi, everything you need for work and play! Adult and kid friendly home.

Close to Utica Square for great shopping and dining experiences. Also nearby is the Gathering Place, where you can spend the day meandering through the natural beauty, visit museums and enjoy all kins of culinary delights! You can find time to soak in beauty and wonder inside and outside the home, and we hope after your stay you leaving feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with many joyful moments to look back on.

Hot tub is always on for you. The pool can be heated during the colder months(Sep-May) to 83-85 degrees Fahrenheit, upon a 24-48 hour request, for an additional fee of $100.00 per night, please message if you would like this!

We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees.

* Please be advised that the hot tub and the pool cannot be heated at the same time; only one can be heated at a time.

Pool:
Please swim at your own risk.
The deep end of the pool is approximately 6 feet deep.
For your safety no diving is allowed.
There is no lifeguard present.
A guardian must be always present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool.

Please note that the pool safety fence shown in some listing photos is no longer installed around the entire pool. The fence is currently installed along the backyard side only and does not enclose the patio/deck side of the pool. The pool is directly accessible from the back patio/deck area.

This property has a recording doorbell with camera and audio monitoring on the front door.
