House and layout
Newly built in 2006, this contemporary home has an open floor plan and panoramic views of vineyards and mountains from the living room, dining room, kitchen, media room and master bedroom. There are beautiful maple wood floors, an open beam cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace and an inspiring gourmet kitchen has everything you need that will bring out the wine country chef in you.

The master bedroom has a California king-size bed and the en suite bath has a deluxe shower and soaking tub with sweeping valley and vineyard views. There are two additional bedrooms that share an adjoining bath with large shower and double vanity. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has two twin beds. A fourth bedroom with a king bed is above the garage and has a full bath, views, and is quiet and away from the other bedrooms. In addition, there is a den with a sofabed that can sleep 2.

Activities
Whether you’re a family with children in search of lots of activities or a group of friends seeking some much-needed R&R, everyone will enjoy what this home and the surroundings have to offer. Enjoy a glass of wine and picture-perfect sunset views on the large deck or at the new pool/hot tub area. Take advantage of the grass yard, pool and hot tub for lounging or play, new bocce ball court, new outdoor shower, a tandem bike for a romantic ride through nearby vineyards, children's toys and outdoor games, and a flat screen TV with DVD player.

Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, a large deck with a gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining, a large capacity washer and dryer, and linens and towels.
Location
The house is 15 minutes from the Healdsburg Plaza. Slightly closer you’ll find downtown Geyserville (a 5-minute drive) which offers nice restaurants and tasting rooms, Healdsburg (15 minutes) with its charming plaza and shops and many excellent restaurants (Madrona Manor, Barndiva, Spoonbar... to name a few), and Lake Sonoma. You are surrounded by boutique and award-winning wineries in the Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys. Dine out for fresh wine country cuisine in Geyserville and Healdsburg, or buy organic produce directly from the area's many farms and farmer's markets and enjoy dining al fresco on the deck. Consider checking out the new Francis Ford Coppola Winery and Pool one exit down Highway 101 located at a grand French chateau-style winery, which offers a fun day in the sun at the pool where you can get lunch delivered to you as well as tasting rooms and a restaurant. The home has WiFi and cell phone reception is excellent.

No smoking or pets are allowed.

There is a one week minimum during the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day); 4 Nights for May and September. Otherwise, it's two nights generally off-peak or three nights for holidays and wine weekends. Minimum stay requirements don't apply when filling weekdays in between other stays.
