Our house was newly remodeled in 2016 turning a small 100 yr old farmhouse into this fantastic 5 bedroom/ 6 baths home. Our location is just outside of Healdsburg, 2 minutes from Hwy 101, surrounded by vineyards and next to a winery.

Perfect for nature lovers and wine tasters alike, and a great starting point for many beautiful bicycle rides/tours in the Healdsburg area. House is situated on a 10 acre property with vineyards and a seasonal creek. Enjoy quiet nights with fantastic star gazing.

This house is fully furnished. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your own food, such as a coffee maker, coffee grinder, cookware, toaster, etc. There are 2 living areas, one upstairs with a 82" flat screen tv and one downstairs with a 65" flat screen tv. There are 6 full bathrooms, one on each bedroom, and a full guest bath on the main floor. Each bedroom has a new Queen bed. The space can comfortably fit 10 adults and up to 2 additional people or children on the sleeper sofa.

The house is also equipped with a full cable package and WIFI.
There are some stairs to enter the house it is not wheelchair accessible.

Our house features new mattresses and bedding, every bedroom has it's own private bath. Generously sized common areas, full laundry access, full kitchen and a wrap around porch with killer views.

We plan to make improvements to landscaping in stages around the house. Fencing, olive trees and a vine covered arbor will all be added.
