*Mid-January through April is Saturday to Saturday, 7-day minimum rentals. Exceptions for odd arrival and departure dates can be made. Just send me a message with your request.*

Captain's Bay condominiums are located across the street from one of the widest, most fantastic beaches in Florida! This is a great family vacation location.

2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with Wi-Fi.

Enjoy preparing your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, or enjoy many restaurants in the area.

Take the trolley to Times Square or to the Fort Myers Beach Pier at the north end of the island. Excellent restaurants, fun shops, golf, jet-ski rentals, and parasailing are all available on the island. Day trips to Key West via boat are available, as well as dinner cruises and deep-sea fishing charters.

Kids PAK-N-Play available upon request.

Great condo!

Your condo is one of best we’ve stayed in especially in regard to all the extras that it offers. From the fully equipped kitchen, which is so important to us, to all of the beach equipment that was available for our use. Location was also great on the south end away from the busyness of the north end of the island. We hope to be back in the future!

Spring break 2024

Property was as listed! Condo is directly across the street from beach with easy access. We didn’t have a car and trolley was fine for Times Square runs for dinner,shopping etc. property manager is accommodating and replies immediately. We had no issues but talked to him twice before our stay. Would recommend this condo for sure!

Nice place

This is a very roomy, nice condo. The pool area was very nice and equipped with clean restrooms. The balconies are screened in, and that helps a lot with bugs, so you can enjoy sitting outside. The appliances were up to date, and the outdoor equipment supplied was in good condition. There are a couple of E-bikes to use. Publix is a quick drive down the round. The beach was a little further walk than I realized, so I was unable to enjoy it due to my bad back. Too far for me to handle. Other than that, great place.

Great condo for a family

This was our second year in a row staying at this condo. It’s extremely clean and has everything you need. It’s in a great location across the street from a great beach with lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Property!

This was the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in. The property was well maintained and we have zero complaints. It was stocked with so many necessities. The pool area was great! It was in a quiet area which is perfect for families. If we return to Ft. Myers, this is where we will stay again for sure!

Quiet

This property was great for sitting on the patio; by noon we had shade the rest of the day. If it was extra hot that day the fan really helped out. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Another Great Year at Captain's Bay #2

Great condo with all the amenities and a view. Walk to the beach, to the bar, to restaurants, to CVS - skip all the hustle and bustle on the north end of the island with quick access to all the beautiful beaches and surroundings!

Winter Escape

The condo was quiet and clean. There were a few stains on carpet and furniture likely the result of careless past guest but every surface, linens, and towels were very clean. We didn’t use any of the beach “things” but there was everything needed including two bikes in storage unit. A little issue with door lock but David responded immediately. The area is nice with lots of dining choices within walking distance. There is road construction in the area but looks like it will be complete soon. Overall a nice stay.

Great location and great owner

We enjoyed our Christmas holiday in this great unit. It is across the street from the beach (easy access) and has everything you need in it. Beach chairs, bikes, games, books, etc. My wife and I along with 4 grown children fit in the unit with plenty of room. There are two balconies - the rear balcony faces East for great morning sunrise and the front balcony faces west for great evening sunsets that you can see through the units on the beach. David is incredibly responsive and a great host. We had an issue arise and he took care of it right away. We look forward to staying again!

Love, Love, Love

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was absolutely gorgeous with a fully stocked kitchen. There was also a cart and chairs for the beach which was very helpful. The location is perfect and very relaxing. The area is very quiet and lots of nice folks around there. There is great food, shopping, ice cream and CVS within walking distance. Gulf Coast Great

Perfect place for family of 4. Clean, well stocked kitchen, 2 screened porches, great views, beach gear, sports gear - they have thought of it all. Add in a quick walk to the beach and conveniences like CVS, restaurants, and ice cream a short walk away and your perfect. It’s just the right distance from the craziness of FMB and south enough to hit Bonita and Naples quickly!

Fantastic Getaway

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. We appreciated the beach cart and chairs - they made the short walk to the beach so easy. We loved how close it was to the Ft. Myers downtown area yet was in a peaceful family-oriented area. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back! *David was very helpful with a slight issue we had with the lockbox when we first arrived

Fabulous location!

Wonderful condo less than 1/2 mile from the beach! Loved the location! Great views and very quiet building. Fully stocked kitchen. The owners have thought of everything you will need for the beach including cooler packs for taking a picnic. Clean and lovely! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, spotless, near beach, pool and marina

This place was great. Loved sitting out out the back lanai in the morning watching the birds and boats drift by in the distance. Beach was right across the street. 5/5 I would recommend!

Beautiful condo!

Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The view from the porch was so serene. There was a small porch on back side that looked out to the gulf that was nice for AM coffee. Kitchen was super nice -equipped with any kind of item you might want for cooking and serving. The beach is a couple of blocks walk, but worth the work. Pool very nice. I would definitely re-book.

We have vacationed on Fort Myers Beach for years with our family. We plan to spend our retirement in Fort Myers Beach. The south end of the island as it is quiet, residential and more family oriented. The south end location allows us to get on/off the island without fighting all the heavy traffic on the north side. We love it there and hope you will as well.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We enjoy walking on the beach and boating on the Gulf of Mexico. We can walk to all sorts of dining and entertainment. If we don't want to walk, there's a trolley stop right at the end of our street which runs the distance of the entire island into Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. For baseball fans, the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox have Spring Training facilities just a short drive away.
