This is a pet-friendly neighborhood, and many of our neighbors have dogs. We’ve recently added a privacy fence in the backyard, especially on the side where Blue—our neighbor’s friendly dog—lives. He loves to say hello to guests!

While the privacy screen helps reduce visibility, we kindly ask that children and pets avoid approaching the fence.

We have a beautiful, large deck in the backyard with a gas grill and picnic table, but some of the wood is slightly bowed; however, it is perfectly safe to walk on.
