Hi, and welcome to my listing. In this spacious and serene space, you can forget your worries. Freeway access is nearby, and the downtown airport is less than 10 minutes away.

Wonderful host, amazing check in and accommodations. Only issue were the beds, we did end up having to sleep on the floor/couch due to their comfort level of the beds. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Very convenient location! The kitchen had all the amenities to cook meals in house. The beds were comfortable. The AC & the heat both worked effectively.

Very nice 2/2 with plenty of room for a family of 4 or two couples. Large fully stocked with cookware kitchen and full size washer/dryer as well as a proper dining area.

Convenient, quaint and restful stay

The home was very conveniently located to the airport and not far from the downtown area. Checkin was easy and we felt very comfortable in the home. We didn't want for anything while we were there and Sonia checked in and was very responsive. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. Overall great stay and I would rent again.

Great stay at great location

The house was small but comfortable. The house had great amenities such as travel shampoo and lotion, stocked cabinets of dishes, coffee maker (traditional drip), air fryer as well as stove and microwave. There was soap provided in the kitchen for dishes as well. The bedrooms stay much warmer than the rest of the space if you keep the doors closed so don’t put the heat up too high. This was a great location close to downtown and made getting around the city easy.

This place was so convenient for our family when my daughter played a soccer tournament at the RAC over Labor Day weekend. The house had everything we needed and was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable, pillows and towels were soft.I didn’t realize until I got to the end of the reservation process that I would be required to buy extra insurance or put down an exorbitant security deposit, so be aware that is kind of a hidden fee that shows up at the end on this property making it cost more overall than the listing states. Also there are signs and warnings all over the house about things like not dying hair, not using suitcase rollers on the floor, not signing in to your own Netflix account, etc that did make it a little more difficult to feel truly comfortable using the house, but that was a minor thing. Overall it was a great place and we would stay again.

Any short-term lease property has insurance, Vrbo charges your account, and as soon as you check out, Vrbo refunds every single penny to your account. So, is it exorbitant? No, not really! The signs are intended to serve as a guide for guests' expectations. Yes, you can use your suitcase. All I am asking is for you to double-check the rollers; sometimes they are so worn out that they damage the property floor. Thanks again.

When we travel, we always book a house with queen or king size beds. This house was advertised as having two queen beds; however, they were both double beds, not queen. The unit is 1/2 of a duplex. The neighbor next door leaves a bright light on all night in the carport over his car, which makes the front bedroom not very dark.

Location Location Location

Location was perfect. Less than 10min from airport and downtown. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quaint, smaller but perfect for the 4 of us. We were gone most of the time. 1 of the only things I would say was a negative was Alllllll the rules that were not listed in the listing. She had lists posted.No rolling suitcases (my bag weighed 50lbs) if my husband was there, i would have had to unload to bring in house Although we were charged a cleaning fee at booking, she expected us to clean and wipe down refrigerator, stove mico etc. She expected no noise, Although there was plenty of noise next door and a restaurant very close played LOUD music to the wee hours of the morning. Cleaning products smell was so strong my daughter in law couldnt stand to be in home without airing it out. I think the property was a good deal but all the rules made should have been shared within the listing and they seemed very excessive.

Hi Linda, thank you for your review. Linda -- I apologize if my rules seemed excessive, but lately I have had to pay out of pocket because some guests think that paying for cleaning gives them permission to leave my place in a state of disarray. Regarding the rolling suitcase, I request that all my guests inspect its wheels to ensure there are no scratches on my wooden floor. The noise and the smell of the cleaning product are beyond my control.
