Stylish, sleek townhome renovated in 2024! Modern touches with all the bells & whistles. Great location on James Island. Roughly 10 minutes to Folly Beach and also downtown Charleston. Perfect setup for retirees, traveling nurses, young professionals. Also, great for out oft owners looking to move to the area and just need a place to call home for a month or longer. There's not much this townhome is missing. You will be astonished at all of the lovely touches this home has. One can easily just bring their luggage and we will take care of the rest. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Tons of grocery stores located within a 3 mile radius. Enclosed backyard with artificial turf perfect for the pups! Neighborhood has walking paths and a tennis court within the neighborhood. Great spot if working remotely. Internet is very strong for anyone needing to work at home. Tonhome is an end unit which makes it nice and quiet!

House was clean and in a great area. Had lots of space and had the cutest backyard. As a runner, I really appreciated the trail that was easy to access outside.

This place was great for our 1 month stay with our dog who loved the fenced in backyard. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Looks recently updated. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to explore this history rich town. Private off street parking. If back in the area I’d definitely check to see if this place is available. Host was responsive when I reached out to her.

Just Okay
The place was clean and comfortable and in a good location to go back and forth to MUSC with my husband getting a heart transplant there. I thought our communication was excellent as I was told she would be flexible with me if I needed the place for shorter or longer time as heart transplants are a lot of waiting until the right heart comes. Anyways 3 weeks before my time was up I texted her to tell her I would need it another month and she had already booked someone else who booked it for 3 months. She tried to offer me her other rental but that one would not work. It’s all okay hecause it forced me to find a different place that is soooo much better over in Mt. Pleaseant. I really just did not appreciate having to repack and live in the middle of chaos going on I. My life already. The grass in the back is Astroturf so beware, my dog hated it but I literally made sure to catch her poop on paper towels so I would not have to clean it off astroturf (no hose in the back). Also could use some extra starter stuff like garbage bags, aluminum foil so as to not mess up the oven, conditioner, body wash as I had to run to Walmart for those things. The area is okay but much more and better restaurants in Mt Pleassnt.

We appreciate you reviewing our property, but wish it was more about the property.
I have no control over somebody booking the property if it shows available online. We would’ve been more than happy to have you extend your stay but need a commitment online.
There is a hose in the back storage closet. It is brand new. In the cooler months we keep the hose bib covered so that it does not freeze over. I could’ve easily pointed this out if you reached out about it.
As for the Astroturf, the pictures clearly depicts that it is Astroturf. We wanted to have a very low maintenance property for our guests.
In the future, I would suggest that you communicate with the owner at the time of your booking that you would like to extend your stay. I am very flexible, but I have no control over certain situations such as a calendar that shows a property is available.
