BEACHFRONT HOME WITH OCEANFRONT JACUZZI IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Casa Zillori is a beautifully renovated and expanded beachfront home in the exclusive Las Conchas community of Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico. This designer-inspired retreat offers comfort, privacy, and unbeatable ocean views, with 4 private bedroom suites comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
BEDROOMS – Four private bedroom suites offer cozy, well-appointed accommodations, ideal for families or groups wanting personal space and restful nights by the sea.
INDOOR FEATURES – A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, DirectTV, and both U.S. and Mexican landlines. Two full-size washers and dryers are available, and the open, warm layout encourages easy gathering and relaxation.
ENTRANCE – Guests are welcomed through an enclosed courtyard with a fountain, outdoor cooking space, and a large bougainvillea tree adding charm and color to your arrival.
OUTDOOR SPACES – The true highlight: an ocean-facing patio with a private whirlpool jacuzzi tub, a charcoal grill, and a wood-burning firepit (bring your own charcoal and firewood, or purchase locally), plus a dining table and lounge chairs — perfect for sunsets and star-filled skies right on the Sea of Cortez. The home sits directly on the beach, just steps from the water.
AMENITIES – Kayaks and life jackets are provided for guest use, along with drinking water. Pets are welcome for a $75 fee per pet; smoking is not permitted inside.
LOCATION – Situated in Las Conchas, one of Rocky Point's most beloved beachfront communities.

We had an incredible stay besides a few hiccups such as running out of water to the entire house for 3 hours and unable to change the speed of ceiling fans. Other than that the house was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Mexico Home! No tricky photo shot.. "it IS like the photos". Gorgeous beach setting. Loved the Kayaks, boogie board, and Skim boards! We did have a couple maintenance issues that were addressed quickly, so all is well...Oceano Rentals were friendly and easy to work with. Great spot to enjoy the beach- inside or out, play games, eat good home cooked food, yet close enough to escape to town for an outing as well. Made excellent memories--- LOVED OUR STAY!

This rental was amazing. Great location on the water beautiful views. The house came with all the essentials to make it feel like a home away from home. Love that each room had its own bathroom makes it super convenient for multiple families. Check and check out was nice and smooth and communication with the property owner was excellent we will be back soon!

Steps away from the beach. Lived the 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outside patio was awesome to just sit and stare at the ocean. Lots of tide pools at low tide. Appreciated the umbrellas, kayaks and beach games. Great stay! And will be back. Office for key pick up and drop off right on the way to the home. Love the dog painting at the entry way. Super cool the proceeds go to barbs dog rescue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great beach front property

Great place very clean had ac was great for our needs!! Was a drive into town but was doable thanks to our great driver Marko!!

Absolutely Gorgeous

We had a wonderful time spending our family Thanksgiving trip at Casa Zillori. It was four of us and our 3 large pups. Everything was as described and perfect spot right on the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Couldn't have been better!

We stayed here for a business retreat. Four people, so it was perfect with the layout of the rooms, the large living/dining area and the patio with fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and will return in July for our mid-year retreat!

Perfect place to unwind

This is one of the most relaxing beach homes we have stayed in. Area is quiet and safe. The home is very comfortable, perfect size for our family of five. Our dog had the best time of all of us - we let him run freely on the long stretch of uncrowded beach with fine sand and warm water. We will certainly be back.

The home is in terrific condition. We rented it 3 years ago and the home had been maintained well over the past few years. We would prefer triple sheeting over the bed spreads but other than that this home is a perfect 10.

Seashell beauty

Our stay was amazing, we have been to Rocky Point so many times and always stayed at the resorts. This was our first at a home in Las Conchas, the house made it so amazing and is absolutely beautiful. We will no doubt be back and will stay at the Casa Zilori. Thank you for opening you home up to us, it was a blessing to be ablbe to not just visit but stay at this amazing home.

PRocky Point 2023

Beautiful home! The beach is steps away and gorgeous. The rental company was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. I have been going to Rocky Point for 40 plus years and it never disappoints. Highly recommend this property.

New Las Conchas Favorite!

We've stayed in several Las Conchas properties, and this was our favorite! The view and access to the beach was awesome. We were able to stay on the covered back patio and enjoy the beach ALL DAY without having to mess with taking an umbrella or canopy down to the beach. The beach was sandy without all of the coral that is present farther up the beach. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We'll be staying there again!
