It is part of a 2 level property with Gracias a La Vida l above (built into the elevation) and Gracias a la Vida 2, below at beach level. Enjoy the expansive beachfront patio, fire pit, charcoal grill and beachside palapas too!

The Space:
Gracias a la Vida has it's own private entrance on the beach side of the property. There is ample parking too.

The Entrance for Gracias a la Vida l is on the street side of the property and there are stairs that come down from Gracias a la Vida 1 to the beachfront patio.

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via a lockbox key. We will provide the check-in details and lockbox code about 7 days prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a beautiful beach community with 24/7 security patrols. The beach in Las Conchas is much more quiet and relaxed than Sandy Beach or Playa Hermosa, but still nearby all the fun activities, restaurants and bars in town and on the Malecon.

Other Things to Note:
Please note there are 2 separate rentals with 2 separate entrances at this property. Gracias a la Vida l is a 3 bedroom home built into the elevation and the access is via the street side of the home. This rental is for Gracias a la Vida ll (2) a 3 bedroom home at beach elevation and the access is via the beach side of the property. There is parking, a driveway and pathway specifically for Gracias a la Vida ll.
