Even Better Than Expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was so easy contacting Oceano Rentals about our late arrival. Once we got into La Gaviota we were so happy and excited about our choice. It is exactly as described and we went next door to the restaurant bar located on the beach, live music and great food! We slept good in the beds and opened the slider in the morning to enjoy the on the beach view!! What a lovely place to stay and will rent the place again

Place had everything that was needed, keurig wasnt working but no big deal. Property was on the water jst as described. Everything was nearby, walmart, eateries, garage was nice, no concerns with vehicle being left out. Absolutely no issues. Check in was smooth even though we had a late arrival we were able to catch an attendant since he stayed over working. No interaction with host because everything was good to go but contact info was given in case anything was urgent. Plan on staying again.

Loved it!

Great location right on the beach between Mannys and the Pitaya bars and restaurants. You can walk the beach to either. Loved the security of the garage entrance to the courtyard and into the condo. Close the garage door and car is safe as well as the condo. My little 10 lb dog was in heaven there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the location. It is walking distance to Manny's and Pitaya, but far enough away to not be too loud. Oceano was easy and professional to deal with. Only one complaint: I wish they would update the mattress and lose the headboard in the master bedroom.

Condo by Mannys beach club

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Close to Manny beach club which has a pool you can use. Ocean was more dirty on this side of the island. Which was a bummer for swimming in. The only concern we had was the main shower not draining so I used the plunger under the sink to fix the problem.

Great air conditioning, right on the beach. Walked out to ocean. Comfortable beds. Netflix. Great neighbors. Walking distance to Manny’s and The Pit. Safe area. Large garage. No iron or ironing board. No hair dryer. No broom but there were 2 dust pans. Needs to have updated stove. Couldn’t tell what temp oven was on!! Very easy check in and check out.

Winter getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Judy and I had a great two weeks. The rental was clean as a whistle. The one time I needed help with the shower rod, maintenance was there in no time at all. Only thing we thought that needed attention was the silverware. There was only enough for three people. Luckily there were just the two of us. Had a great time.

Upgrades needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Refrigerator was leaking a lot of water and the stove did not work.
