Family long weekend

We would definitely stay here again! Check in was very easy and the place was very clean. It was a nice location with many activities going on. There was enough room for all of us and we enjoyed our stay.

It was really nice, we totally enjoyed our stay, one thing it needed dish cloths, and it could use a few more spices for cooking

Perfect spot

We really did enjoy it, other than all the stairs. Front door doesn’t latch without locking, needs small adjustment. Property was great. And clean, well organized. Thanks again

Beautiful house but a few cons

This house has a beautiful layout, great design. The bedrooms all have a good amount of privacy and are well appointed. Bathrooms are lovely. The absolute best thing about this house is it's location in the community. Very short walk to the pool/lagoon and literally 30.ft from the pickleball courts! It's so easy to see if there's an open court and run out. Also really fun to sit on the porch and watch the games each morning and evening. The management company was very responsive via text. There were unfortunately a few downsides at this house/community. It's still under construction so we did have that noise and work going on directly behind us. The lagoon has a mechanical issue and was closed for 2 days but they did offer free rentals as a perk to make up for the inconvenience once it opened again. The primary bathroom shower has a very slow drain. The paddle boards are available but extremely heavy. Even though it's a short walk, it was still very hard to get both boards to the lagoon. Last and most bothersome, we saw several cockroaches. We reported this and the property company came to spray but we continued to see them through the week. Other than that, the property was very clean. Lastly, it would be great if they would change the garage code to the same thing as the front door code. The code wasn't provided which meant every time we came or left, someone had to run around the row of houses to open the front door and run through the house to open the garage.
