This property has trash disposal guidelines. Please separate recyclables from regular trash and dispose of them in the designated bins. Two trash cans are located in the butler's pantry. The wide-mouth stainless steel trash can is for trash. The narrow stainless steel trash can is for recycling.
Furthermore, the local trash collection service picks up trash early on Wednesday mornings. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that guests empty the indoor trash cans into the large garbage bins located on the back patio.
Then please move the large garbage bins from the back patio to the edge of the road on the front left side of the house on Tuesday evenings. We ask that guests who are staying on Wednesdays after the trash has been picked up by the garbagemen kindly move the garbage bins back to the back patio. Please notify your host if you would rather have someone else come to the property and move the bins during your stay.

The house was well appointed, extremely clean and wonderfully laid out and well stocked. Our visit was for college orientation reasons and it worked out excellent. We enjoyed our stay here and I recommend it wholeheartedly to families visiting the Raleigh area. Thanks.

Weekend Family Visit
We came to town for my daughter's chorus concert and the home is very cozy. The listing should be updated with the little extras avaliable, as well as updated photos, as the current ones don't do it justice. Check in is simple and communicated effectively. Smart TVs are available in every room with standard apps. Plenty of seating throughout the first floor. Neighborhood is relatively quiet as well. Would definitely recommend for a family stay. Other reviews made me leary about inviting in town family over, but we still enjoyed ourselves.
