-Parking at Sterling Breeze requires a resort parking pass. A packet includes your parking passes and armbands, and additional passes can be arranged if needed, subject to availability. Boats, RVs, and camper tops are not allowed in the garage. Guests can register and purchase parking passes in advance via the link provided in the welcome guide
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
