Saturday Turnover (check in/check out) in high season May - Aug. Resort require 7 night minimum / NO mid-week 7 day bookings or outside of Saturday turn over through August without owner confirmation. (Special requests for less than 7 nights in season may be considered - please email owner before booking less than 7 nights)

3 night minimum in all other months - Sept-Dec / March-April

Jan/Feb - full month and multi-week special rates offered - email owner for info.

My beautiful condo is professionally decorated and filled with many special extras! Fully appointed kitchen including Kurig coffee maker w/coffee pods & drip coffee maker, crock pot, waffle maker, toaster oven, etc.; all bedding is 650 thread count Egyptian Cotton bed sheets, beach toys, full size beach towels and more...

High end new appliances including Samsung full size front load stacked washer/dryer, Bespoke Samsung refrigerator with filtered ice maker, Samsung microwave and GE Profile stove and extra quiet GE Profile dishwasher.

With all that - the best part is the view...I've seen all kinds of marine life from my balcony in the crystal clear water! The sunsets...well what can I say? The best time of the day! The view of the 4th of July fireworks is something 'not to miss'...a spectacular view all up and down the beach! Celadon Beach Resort is location, location, location - Gulf Beach and Laguna Beach Area and just minutes from Rosemary Beach to the West and Pier Park to the East...the quiet west end of the beach is perfect for families, couples or BFF's for an awesome getaway!

Shopping and restaurants are so close you can decide if you want to eat in, taking advantage of a fully equipped kitchen or select from the many restaurants as close as a 10 minute drive. Walk west down the beach and find the best apple fritters around at Thomas's - will need to get there early - they run out shortly after they open!

Also - at no additional charge: wireless WiFi, HBO, Bluetooth DVR for your own NetFlix, Hulu or Amazon Prime use.

I had an absolutely great time staying at Sandra’s condo, the property is equipped with all the appliances you need, very clean and cozy place. Sandra responded to my emails quickly and clarified all of my questions since this was my very first time using VRBO. I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. The building is very well structured and easy to move around, both pools are very clean and beach service very convenient. Definitely excited to visit next summer!

Sandra’s property is even more than described! Immaculately clean, clear defined rules, easy beach service setup(Included) and quick responses for all communications prior to and including our stay. For years we have stayed on Thomas Dr as we’ve found that location to be more quiet and laid back but I booked late this year so had to return to Front Beach. This Resort is the last one on Front Beach Rd and just as, if not moreso, quiet and laid back than Thomas Dr. Sandra was great to work with in securing the condo and her unit is absolutely beautiful. 5 Stars all the way with ZERO negatives! We’ll be back!!!

Wonderful stay!

Property was just as listed. Location was great. Easy check in. Great view of the ocean. We saw a stingray and dolphins from the balcony. Would definitely stay again. Very close to Thomas' donuts!

Very clean and beautiful views!

The condo was super clean and the view was amazing! The master bed was very comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely want to be coming back!

Can’t beat the view

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We found everything as it was described/pictured. The owner has definitely paid attention to details to ensure her guests feel welcome and comfortable in this condo. However, the view from the balcony was our favorite part!

Everything thing was great except for we were supposed to be able to check in at 3pm but unfortunately had to wait over hour to get into room. Then we had to fold previous occupants towels in the dryer.

Clean and cozy!

Very nice and clean condo. Pools are nice and view is amazing. I would say the location isn’t too great thou. About 30 minutes away from all the fun stuff. I would also mention that more bedding to use would be nice. It is mentioned to not use the decorative comforters in the room or bunks but only two extra blankets were available. Only sheets for the pullout sofa no comforter. There was 5 of us so we had to get more.

The perfect beach getaway

We just returned from staying a month in Sandra’s condo and we had a fantastic time. She has done a great job with everything from the furnishings down to the complimentary welcome basket. The unit is tastefully decorated, very well appointed and more spacious than the pictures indicate. The bedding and linens were so comfortable we slept better there than we do at home. We had everything we needed for a month away. We won’t hesitate to come spend another month (or maybe even longer next time) at Sandra’s unit. The views from the 21st floor are amazing. We really enjoyed watching the sea life every day, including manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, so many different kinds of rays and even the occasional small shark. We found lots of places that we really enjoyed eating while we were there. We would suggest Dee’s Hangout and Dusty’s Oyster Bar in PCB and if you have time take a trip out 30A and try to get to places like The Red Bar in Grayton Beach and The Wine and Cheese Bar in Watercolor. Also The Great Southern Cafe, Bud and Ally’s and the Shrimp Shack are all great choices in Seaside. Bring your bikes if you can, the bike trail that runs all along 30A is a lot of fun. And don’t forget Thomas’s Donuts just down the beach for donuts and they also have great biscuits and gravy. (Yeah, we put on a few pounds during the month). Thanks Sandra for sharing your beach home with us.

Last minute trip

Property is exactly as shown. I was very satisfied with everything about this condo. Hesitant at first about the 21st floor, but the views were amazing, and the elevators very efficient.

The condo was just like she described it would be. We loved the view from the balcony it was perfect

The property is beautiful and everyone was very nice. When you walk in the condo you can smell clean, very quiet at night. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo!!!

This condo is absolutely one of the nicest condos we have rented and we rent one every year at a different beach in Florida. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more and was beautifully decorated. The property was clean and the pools and hot tubs were very clean. I love that we even had beach chairs to use so we didn’t have to drag any to the beach. The view from the 21st floor was very relaxing and we could see dolphins playing. The condo is very close to shopping and eating but far enough away that we weren’t stuck in traffic getting there. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Loved the View

The condo was amazing and perfect for my family. At first I was a little worried about how high up we were but it ended up being amazing. We saw so many wild sea life and since the water was so clear it made for perfect pictures. Sandra was quick to respond about any questions we had and also even checked in on us and asked how everything was going. Absolutely loved everything and had a wonderful vacation. The condo was also stocked with everything you could think of and loved the fact that beach chairs were available for us on the beach.

Such a great place and a great owner

We stayed here for 10 days. We had some last minute questions the day we were arriving. Sandra was so quick to respond and helpful. Thank you for that! The place is really pretty and good quality everywhere. It's the quality of someone who probably uses the place herself but rents it out when not using it. The couches are nice. The sound is great. All of the items in the kitchen are great. I travel with my own knives and things but hers are even better than mine. The kitchen is great. The place is clean. They left us plenty of trash bags and soap for the dishwasher which other places don't do. Just nice touches everywhere. Nightlights in the bathrooms (so we didn't have to use ours). The bed is super comfortable with blackout curtains. There are baskets under the bed with wheels. And a closet of things you can use. This is just a great place. I highly recommend it. The tv isn't the best quality but it works so it's fine. Really happy we stayed here. I'm giving my friend this place as a suggestion to look at for his trip.

I decided to make Celadon and Panama City Beach my home away from home primarily because of the view! I love the water, the sound of the surf and the sugar sand beach. Add in the awesome sunsets, all the activities to choose from and convenient access to all attractions in the PCB area. Travel by air or by car....it's an easy destination to get to.

Ambiance is very important - I'm certain you'll find my condo to be very relaxed, a place you can feel at home in. Comfortable and well suited for families as well as adults only. It can be bright and airy or warm and romantic; making it suitable for your individual enjoyment.
